I have a pop up an authentication pop up window for something called http://www.baracksbirdaycards.com that will not go away. It keeps popping up & when it does it stops me from what I am doing. No matter how many times I click the red X or cancel it comes right back. Can you tell me how to get rid of it.

This has happened twice in the past week. When I create a new folder nested inside two other existing folders, another folder in another branch is renamed to the newly-created folder's name. The folder that is being renamed is inside the Links folder. (I am not expecting an answer. I cannot find another place where I can report an issue with the browser.)

Sometimes when I open a FireFox window the only part of the window that will respond to my mouse or keyboard is the "X" in the upper right to close the window. The page will be fully loaded but I still can't type in the field that it defaults to (my homepage is Gmail so it's the user name field) I have to close the window and open a new one to get any response. Sometimes I have to repeat this two or three times. Does anyone know how to keep this from happening at all?

I recently updated from Firefox 3.6.3 to 3.6.8. I skipped previous updates because of similar problem I'm experiencing now however now it is worse. Immediately after installation, messages windows pop up. The FIRST window says: “Firefox has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”

The SECOND window (with a red circle surround a white ‘X’) says: “firefox.exe – Unable to Locate Component. This application has failed to start because xul.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”

The THIRD window is called the “Mozilla Crash Reporter. We’re Sorry. Firefox has a problem and crashed…” where it gives me the option of submitting a report and restarting (which I have done).

The problem happened during previous attempted updates which is why I tend to avoid Firefox updates until today. However, in the past all I would do is manually power off the computer and restart the computer. Firefox never completed the installation so I was able to use the older version of Firefox.

Now I cannot do that because Firefox is updated to 3.6.8 which refuses to open. How can this problem get fixed? I am not “tech savvy” but loyal to Firefox (and for now I have no access to all my bookmarks).

Description

Using Firefox 3.6.8 I no longer see the box that lets me accept/reject cookies before they are sent by a website. How do I restore this feature?

when I try to log on to get help or ask questions, everything is in hebrew. What other information could there possibly be?

firefox is great but does not have a way to set up other languages in tools or any where else should be a feature that would make it easy to install compleat language change

I downloaded version 3.6 a while ago ( i have had a persona theme since) but when I went to install an add-on it says I am running 3.0.15, I need to upgrade to 3.6. I reinstalled .6 multiple times, cleared my cache, temp files, etc. (which I do nearly every day) but still when I go to help and properties it still shows I am using 3.0.15.

What do I do?

Since downloading firefox 3.6.8.Google Earth freezes.Reverted back to 3.6.7. Earth still freezes. I uninstalled Earth and reloaded it.but it made no difference.Followed instructions to clear Earth cache,but it wouldn't clear.What to do?

The tool bar disappeared. Menu, Tools, the ability to clear history, access to cookies controls...... I want all that back- I cannot find tool bar! And second, yes Firefox has been crashing a lot lately, forcing computer to shut down altogether. Why and how do I make it stop?
