I am setting up Firefox on my new computer and I don't know exactly what I did, but I removed the toolbar.. So I don't have Tools, Help, Bookmarks, or any of those. I need to replace it. How do I do that?

Firefox automatically updated itself to version 3.6.7 even though it is not out as a stable release. The about page says it is version 3.6.7 without any mention of "beta" anywhere. What should I do? Reinstall the stable release or wait until the next automatic update?

I had an update pushed to me for a site I don't even use. Thanks to this change, certain time-critical web apps no longer work because Mozilla decided to cater to a useless internet game. I can't perform business using the Firefox browser because you decided to cater to a mostly-useless demographic instead of those that use the web for productive things.

Back to IE we go for our corporate intranet. *JUST* as I had obtained approval to move us all over to Firefox.

Way to screw it up, Mozilla.

How do you tell which website triggers the request for the master password? The request is occurs every time I start Firefox. I was thinking of putting that website on the exceptions list so that the reuest doesn't occur till really needed.

I've installed firefox 3.6.6 but every time I reboot and re-launch firefox, it reverts to 3.6.3 I'm running Windows 7 64bit, and have full admin privileges. I've uninstalled Firefox, and done a "clean" install and still its going to version 3.6.3

A few days ago I was stupid and tried the Master Password option. Now it will not allow me to remove it! I follow the process but when I submit the master password for removal the 'remove' button is dead. Only the 'cancel' option is active.

For the past few weeks I have been trying to play some games to pass the time away. my firefox is current, my internet is cable, and I have called my internet company a number of times telling them to fix it! but the more that i think about it. the more I see its related to these games... I fear saying the games out of embarrassment. but when I looked up the games, 1 brought up that FF had a memory leak(witch I do not see how that would go into my internet connection) and the other does have a history of lagging... but flat out cutting off my internet to my laptop? I bought my laptop brand new 4months ago, all I can tell u is its an acer.. I'm VERY anal about running my spywear program. and the desktop connected to the same internet, never has any problems. I tried to play my game in IE, and it was fine. But I've been a firefox user for YEARS! I'm not a fan of IE. I don't want to have to close Firefox to play a game for awhile, then reopen it later just to finish browsing...

I have several sites that I want to save the password for, but when the prompt first showed up I clicked on "never for this site" and now I want to change to remember but the prompt doesn't show up and I don't know where to find it.

I can't find any settings or obvious help files that enables me to set opening a new tab to display my homepage, instead of a blank tab.

Yeah, you've probably already gotten a ton of complaints about this. Plugin Container has stopped workign. It's happening twenty times a day and it's unbearable.

I've been a firefox user for five years and I do not want to end this now. You need to release an update as soon as possible, because this is the most serious problem in the history of your browser. You've probably already lost millions of users, you'll lose them all if we don't see an update, no one wants to use a browser that crashes all the time.

I'm switching to Chrome for now on, I hope not permanently.

Since a few versions back, the Find feature has changed for the worse. Now when I type a search term it finds and selects the first match as usual, but then takes focus away from the Find bar and onto the page, so instead of being able to hit enter rapidly to cycle through matches either nothing happens or I end up opening a link. This seems counter-intuitive so I'm not sure why it's been changed, but is there any way to set it back to the way it used to be?

Someone managed to sync my computer to theirs after I foolishly left my computer somewhere. Now this person is watching everything I do and everywhere I go on my computer and changes my passwords whenever the mood strikes them! I didn't even know you could do this kind of thing, I am fairly new on computers. This is really making me uneasy and I would appreciate any kind of help with this.

When I opened Firefox and went to the error console I was getting a bunch of messages. This is one of the messages. Error: Permission denied for (document.domain has not been set) to call method Location.toString on (document.domain=). If I could please get assistance with stopping these messages I would appreciate it.

I have to restart my computer every time I want to use internet. This happened since I upgraded to FF 3.6.4. How can I downgrade to the previous version?

I am sick and tired of this insane bug. It affects me on a daily basis. 20% of the time I attempt to type anything into any text box, for every keypress, Firefox will treat them as requests to 'go back' and it launches me several pages backwards through my browsing history in the tab. I then I have to skip forward and attempt filling it in again. It usually works after 1-2 attempts but like i said this is happening 20% of the time on text input forms, especially FARK.com.
