Dear Community,

I try to open "weverse.io" but it doesn´t work... I can open weverse.io/account, m.weverse.io/bts/artistpedia and weverseshop.io/ but not the official website. And I don´t know what else to do. I´ve uninstalled Firefox and downloaded it again, i´ve deleted cookies, cache, DNS cache and other delateable things, checked my security system and deactivated ghostery... I´ve got the same problem with edge and chrome. The browser from Avira works... I don´t understand why it doesn´t work with firefox anymore. Edge tells me "Hmmm...this website is not available right now. The connection appears to have been disconnected from weverse.io." Maybe that´s helpfull... Does anybody have an idea what I can do?

Formerly I could decide the window size for the number of minimum visible received emails in the list down to 3. But for any reason the minimum now is 10. Which does that the space for text content is reduced a lot. How can I get back the former possibility?

On twitter, if i middle mouse click on a tweet, it open in a new tab and switch immediately to it, even if the setting is disabled

Middle Mouse clicking on links anywhere else works as it should, it only do it on twitter for some reasons. Shift middle mouse doesn't work either

But clicking on an IMAGE on twitter does work normally.

I'm not sure that I can get any help with my problem but I need to try. Always after a format of my PC when I reinstall new windows and log in to my Mozilla account my saved tabs come back with my account. This time it didn't happen. Can I get any data restoration or something like that? I formatted my PC on November 21. Can I somehow get them back from one day before?

Hello, Sir/Madam On the website, there are blank page (site can't be reached). https://capapkcutmod.pro/ Despite appearing to have been contacted at the top left, the page remains blank. Is there a reason why Brave doesn't load the website properly?

I have two principal address books, collected and personal. I can add new contacts to these address books. Under collected, I have three lists of group contacts. I want to add a contact to a list in the personal address book. Searched under Firefox and lots of suggestions to drag n drop. Ha ha, highlighting the contact, the moment I drag it across the box towards the list of address books, I get the no-entry symbol, circle with a bar through it. Why is this happening please? How can I copy across the address books or lists? Why is drag n drop suggested when it doesn't work? I'm using Win 10 Pro vers 22H2 64 bit on a Dell PC. Firefox 118.0.2 64 bit. Your aid will save my mind !

1. Mozilla email address 2. When I use Mozilla-Firefox to look for products on Amazon, you don't show the "SIZE" pull downs that are visible using Google Chrome or EDGE. I'm sure this is not good for business. I would prefer to remain on Mozilla, but somehow Amazon has blocked you from showing the size choices, and subject prices!!!

I had Firefox on my Samsung A8 tablet. I was having a problem with it so I called Samsung Tech. They told me my problem was Firefox because it is a third party program. Samsung suggested I use only Google. What is your opinion on this?

I recently uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it directly from the microsoft store as it was very slow (probably due to not being updated) and I am sad to see all my bookmarks and important information is gone. Is there any way I can restore it? Thank you in advance.

II'm using Win 10 Pro and am having an issue with adding new FF profiles.

I have a shortcut icon in the (bottom) Win 10 taskbar. I've created new FF profiles with unique names and paths, etc. But when I open FF as one of those profiles the open window(s) "attach" to an icon / shortcut in the taskbar, even tho' that icon / shortcut has a completely different target (i.e., path for starting FF).

I don't want windows from Profile New 1 or Profile New 2 to look as if they are for Profile Icon_in_the_Taskbar.

I hope this makes sense. I've created profiles in the past and didn't run into this problem so perhaps it's me. But I also don't believe I'm doing anything different than before.

Firefox is not asking where save downloaded files. I have the checkbox checked which indicates it should ask every time. I also followed some instructions on here about going to the about:config page and changing a setting to false, but that didn't do anything.

The screenshot below shows exactly what happened to me yesterday when I was prompted by your Firefox pop-up window to update as I have done many times before without incident. Two minutes after clicking on the update request a pop-up window came on my screen with what appeared to be from Microsoft Tech dept. It had a warning message that my computer may have been hacked and a phone number that I must call. I had no choice then to call the number as my computer was frozen/locked. In addition, now my Norton software is suggesting I no longer have "internet Security" which would always say '"Firefox secured'"??? please help me understand why my internet is no longer secured by Firefox? when the change occurs on Nov1 from firefox to Mozilla do I need to sign in using my current password or will mozilla already know that and I can just access my email and other things by hitting the mozilla icon I do not know if I remember my firefox email password
