In the last week or so, iPlayer, All4, and Spotify (that I know of) have stopped working in the Firefox browser. All4's error suggests DRM isn't enabled, the others just say try again. Roll20 hasn't been working for even longer (more like months). They work in Microsoft Edge and Chrome. Youtube is still working, as are video players in social media.

I have tried the following solutions:

• Firefox is up to date
• Windows is up to date
• Updated graphics drivers
• 'Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc.' is set to 'Always Activated' and is up to date
• 'Play DRM-controlled' content is ticked in about:preferences
• Checked if anything changed if either of the above were turned off (it did not)
• media.eme.enabled is set to true in about:config
• Put Firefox in troubleshooting mode
• Turned off my addons (including uBlock Origin) manually
• Tried in a Private Browsing window
• Turned off Tracking Protection
• Restarted my laptop

Nothing has fixed the problem, or given me any more indication of what is wrong. I don't know how to a) fix or b) find the problem. All I can think is that it may be related to the recent changes to Chromium regarding ad-blockers? But no one else seems to be having the same problem so I doubt it.

Starting today I am finding it extremely hard to login to some websites. All Firefox does is just sit with a spinning circle after entering a user name and it locks up the browser to a point the I have to go to the Task Manager to stop the FireFox process. I have restarted my computer and refreshed FireFox. I have scanned my computer for malware using Norton 360, Malwarebytes, MSERT, and Windows Defender and all negative. I am having no trouble signing in to a site like https://my.account.sony.com using Edge but using FireFox now is impossible. This needs to be fixed.

I tried changing the user agent, it didn't help. I think the problem is in the Java engine.

I'm using firefox 119.0.1 Version on a Steam deck(SteamOS) and installed using the Discover app

when in browser i cannot click on the "Open the file browser" icon that appears on websites. Also i cannot open the Downloads folder within the Menu bar from firefox I tried entering into safe-mode and still couldn't open I also tried using another User Profile under "Right click Firefox -> firefox profile manager" to try to see if it was something from my user profile that was causing the issue but i also couldnt open in another profile.

I also tried on a different browser to see if it was my device problem but i could open it. i tried on Brave and Chrome and it worked.

i dont know what to do, this was working normally last week and now it doesnt work, Even in another profile with no configuration done no extension and not logged in the "Open file" button doesnt work

Hello. For the past few days, I am unable to access the content of some websites. For example, Reddit seem to load but the page remains blank. This happens on other websites, where I am unable to login although the page displays correctly (an error message appears on one of them: "Please check the consistency of your URL").

This is quite annoying, especially because I cannot find anything related on the web. I use Firefox on POP OS 22.04.

When I log in to survey websites (e-rewards or one opinion), they get the neverending clock so I can't choose & take a survey. I get into the website & can do everything except for taking the survey. Works fine in Edge.

When I run Firefox in troubleshooting mode I can log into citibank. When I return to normal I cannot. I've turned one extension after another off. None of them seem to be causing the problem.

This all started when I created a container for Banking. it has been a problem ever since.

Since 106.0.1 was installed the NY Times acrostic no longer shows a grid for solving the puzzle. Also, the Oregonian newspaper online no longer has arrows to move to the next or previous page of the paper. These things continue to exist on Chrome. I have other problems with this version but these are the major issues at present.

Hey guys, whenever I tried to open my website in firefox the popup appear that unable to open it on this server but when I open my website on chrome it is working fine. I am embarrassed please let me what should I have to do.

For some reason, many homepages looks wrong when I'm using firefox from my laptop (mac). I don't know why and can't find any ways to make it better. Can anyone help me?

I have found that Firefox does not play some audio files, for instance on Wikipedia and WaniKani, such as the audio on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erhu and https://www.wanikani.com/vocabulary/%E9%9F%B3. When inspecting network activity I can see that an attempt is made to load the audio on Wikipedia, but it does not play. On WaniKani however, no attempt is made. (WaniKani uses .webm for sound, maybe that has something to do with it?) The problem appeared after the update to Firefox 118 and persists in private browsing and troubleshooting mode, but does not occur in GNOME Web.

Hi everyone, When i go to the website config.office.com in firefox there is just a white screen. Nothing more. Instantly white. I have checked if this is an issue at the side of Microsoft but it doesn't look like it is. The website does load correctly in Microsoft Edge.

I tried the following in Firefox: - Firefox is up to date (Version 115.0.2 64 Bits) , I have had this issue in other versions of Firefox too. It's not a new issue in this newest version. - Tried disabling all the security features in Firefox, disabling all add-ons, and disabling the extra security for cookies - Starting firefox in safe mode (Shift click on firefox, then open the website) - Checked the Network inspector. All packets have status 200 (See the first screenshot)

I've downloaded your new version"100" a few times and have found the same problem as a few others. I've tried re-installing a few times, and even after completely un-installing older versions, including clearing cache data etc., but the same thing happens. Are there a few 'bugs' to fix in the new "100" version or is another browser sabotaging this version in some way? I didn't have problems with earlier versions.
