When trying to stream video from either Netflix or Amazon I am receiving a message saying that my browser is out of date and is no longer supported. I am running 107.0.1, which is the up-to-date Firefox browser.

There is nothing on either sites help DB except for instructions on how to update my already up-to-date browser. FWIW I have been on this version for weeks and this has only emerged in the last 48 hours.

I've been trying to days, and this is what I get: 494 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Bad request. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner. If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.

Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront) Request ID: Jkd7exhgxkc-2zoIcLXq5pY5_hZ6vwdc2mO0_tKiO5kJHApCmiKAUQ==

I've restarted the browser and the laptop, and still get the error. I CAN access dailywire.com on Microsoft Echo, however. I prefer using Firefox. What can I do to make this work?

Yet when I logon to MS Edge I am able to access all of the Netbank website.

This is the only website that I have this problem with.

I have two separate problems which I think have the same root cause:

1) Whenever I go to make a call in Discord, no audio goes through to the other people in the call and I cannot hear them.

2) Whenever I try to make a video call in Messenger, the video is just a black screen but I can see myself. The people on the other end say that they can see both me and them.

This is exclusively a firefox problem because I have been able to call people through the Discord app and use Microsoft Edge to see the other person on the Messenger. I have also checked my permissions and have given both websites permission to use the microphone and webcam settings. How can I fix this? (Please also bear in mind I am not tech savvy in the slightest and if I have to manually change settings in the coding or programming, you will need to explain every single step in very clear detail)

In Firefox, the comments section on articles at 9to5Mac have not loaded for me for some time. Today I was trying to figure out why.

Troubleshoot Mode did not fix it. (In Troubleshoot Mode, if I carefully watch the webpage loading, for a moment I see a flicker of the comments section loading for a fraction of second, but then it disappears.)

Example screenshots of this:

https://imgur.com/a/fQ18i2G

But creating a new profile in Firefox does fix it.

A few examples of the many webpages where this occurs:

The comments section also loads properly when looking at these same webpages in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I think(?) this behavior also happens with some other websites' comment sections, although I don't usually pay much attention to comment sections.

Any thoughts on how to fix it without needing rebuild my entire profile brick by brick?

Basic information: Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit) (latest update available), Windows 10, i7 11th generation, 16 GB RAM

Thank you!

I am mainly using firefox (108 at this time) in Linux Mint and I have sync setup with some others systems (even older linux distribs with icewease and windows). I have a lot of trouble with certain sites when my profile '~/.mozilla/firefox' is loaded and my sync account is connected or not. (seems to be related to javascript or similar - some wait circles never stop and nothing is displayed) I assume I have something corrupted in the profile. If move .mozilla/firefox profile and starts from scratch those websites are working good.

But I have a lot of bookmarks and does not want to restart from scratch. I already did that one year ago and it seems it when I restore sync when the problems arise.

Any idea?

My other PC is fine, I left the site open for 4 hours to check, looks as it should. I run a Windows laptop, version 8.1. Two days ago the monthly system rollup occurred followed by Firefox browser updates. The user comment section of the Foxnews website disappeared completely. I can still login and out but nothing appears for any article comments. I see the comments are still there when I open a Chrome browser on my Android phone so I know Fox didn't discontinue user commenting. I have looked at add-ons, ad blockers, etc but no success reactivating this feature.

Anyone else having this problem? If so, is there a known cause/solution? Thanks

When I load Chargehub.com into Firefox I should be able to see icons for electric vehicle charging stations plus a menu for such things as plug filters.

However, although the chargehub site loads with a Google map (after selecting Map) I don't get the EV charging station icons or menu. I do get POI icons such as for airfields, cemeteries, parks, churches, etc only when fully zoomed in. The Google zoom symbols and street map view options are also available.

I have not experienced this issue on any other WEB site including Plugshare or Chargemap. Further, when I open Google maps in Firefox and do the search, "ev charging stations in ontario canada", i do see the icons for charging stations.

I am running Windows 7 with Firefox version 107.01 on a desktop computer. Adblock and uBlock origin are installed. However I have the same results when running Firefox in safemode.

I do understand that Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7. However, my son is also running Windows 7 on his desktop computer, yet chargehub opens properly on his computer when using Firefox as his browser.

I've tried searching the WEB for an answer but no success so far.

Thank you in advance for any help.
