Just this week I can no longer access email via Thunderbird. My ISP (CenturyLink) warns that my account is being "processed" and please stand by. This has persisted for several days, with no change. I have twice contacted CenturyLink (Help Chat) - They tell me everything is fine on their end, and that I need to follow up with Mozilla. So, here I am. Any ideas for a fix? This problem likely began after the most recent upgrade, just a few days ago. Current version 102.13.0.

I have all my accounts set to send only text/plain messages. But in the message composer, an entire toolbar row (disabled until editor has focus) appears at the head. It should go away, not appear, be hidden.
What would you do if I formatted the message since the account setting is "always plain text?" Unknown.
Also, an entire toolbar line is devoted to presenting "Variables" and "Other" dropdowns. Just two buttons, both of which I will not use in my lifetime.
Removing these spurious items will make the UI more legible, less distracting, professional.

I have suddenly noticed that some sub folders in my account are not being displayed in the folders pane. I have checked the local profile folder and it contains the folder Inbox.sbd, but the contents are not displayed. I've tried various checks from other users but none work!

for about a month now I have not been able to download mail on Thunderbird for the Gmail account Configuration: imap.gmail.com port 993 SSL/TLS Oauth2 I have double authentication, the confirmation request appears on my smartphone, I confirm, insert the password on Thunderbird, accept the conditions and get the error. I also tried to change the password (on Firefox and Chrome I log in regularly, on smartphones too), with Thunderbird 102.13.0 32 bit on windows 11 no.... Below are the screenshots
All of our incoming emails go directly to JUNK. I cannot find how to change settings to have the mail go to our InBox instead of Junk.

Recently something changed in my e-mail which I have used for years in conjunction with G-mail hosted accounts / service (google workspace). I do not know if I clicked the wrong setting or what in either... I just know that I cannot see any emails over 30 days in any folder - regardless. And now many folders show no emails in because of no emails have been sent or received within the past 30 days in them. These store many "deals in the works" and notes from pasty dealings... I really need to access these but do not know how or where to find them... any help you can offer?
I'm 65 and have used this email for about 20 plus years... off and on have had problems that I have been able to get through but cannot get this one solved? Help!!

The update to Thunderbird 115.0.1 broke the "Unified folders".
I have two eMail accounts: - the first on a custom server, I do not know its characteristics - the second is an Office365 institutional account
Only the account on the on the custom server is shown in the Unified Folders.
The second account is shown as a folder in the Unified Folders pane, at the same level as "Archives", "Junk" and "Deleted".
I have tested one solution reported to be working: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1003446
It does not work in my case.
