Just now, as I was in the middle of something, Firefox popped up a usage tip about tabs. I find this disruptive. Is there a way to turn these off? If I want to know how to do something, I'll look in the help.

It's fine when you create a new feature to display a tab when I first launch after an upgrade, or to have the Help menu show a Latest Features item, but please don't interrupt my work with pop-ups.

For the moment, I don't see anything in Preferences about this. Is there an about:config setting I can add to suppress this feature?

I can't stand this new homescreen that dumps all your history onto it.

Have you ever been on imgur? Literally just scrolling down the page and it's adding lots of random posts to my home screen.

Who wants a feature that floods your homescreen - where you have your specific shortcuts on - with just loads of junk history.

If I clicked on a story on dailymail.co.uk - i don't need that saving to my home screen?

Firefox said this was a new feature. I said it's carp.

How do I roll back to when Firefox worked better?

I can't do anything online. It takes days just to retrieve a simple verification code no kidding. Google is a big lame tyrant with no style only deep pockets to buy all the "talent". I thought i would be free of them but they seem to bash Firefox down to size just like Brave Duck Duck Go and many other engines over the past year. What Google is doing has got to be illegal they've violated so many private and civil rights that i i just cant believe it. Now i know how Tesla felt a good man who had better electricity AC rather the lame old guy T. Edison who made his life miserable. But his name is all anyone knot the awesome genius modern Tesla. How can Firefox stop Google's blocks and provide me internet?

A few minutes ago I had this error, I searched all over the internet but nobody gave a concrete solution.

I tried everything: clear cookies, reset firefox, etc.

The only person who gave a solution was to restore windows in a clean installation.

It turns out that for a rare reason my computer woke up with the time misconfigured, I configured it and tried to access some files that I had in google drive, but it showed that error and it had been trying to solve it for 2 hours. Well, it turns out that I had set the time wrong and instead of putting "AM" I put "PM" that is to say, it was 12 hours apart.

I configured everything again and with the correct time and that solved the problem, I hope someone will use this information.

Possibly a question that has been asked before or could be extracted from the shortcuts page, but wording of the problem probably varies quite a bit.

In the address bar, when I want to go in one click to the first result that is not a search suggestion, is there a way to accomplish that (instead of arrow down for x amount of times)? A subpar alternative would then be to disable search suggestions of course.
