Persistent but inconsistent bouts of this certificates problem. Especially bad with outlook.com / live.com but also dogging yahoo.com. These certificates are often inappropriate to the domain in question, coming from "sister" domains (like outlook.com login goes to blue.live.com, and so on). But this is not the point. The point is, I want to just kill and be done with certificates. You fix this one release and break it the next. Option to add exceptions goes away, comes back, goes away with no evident reason. MSIE is better behaved, shame on you. Advice to go ask the certificate supplier is pointless, they do not respond. Advice to check antivirus has been done, still ineffective with all Web scanning disabled. Clock is fine. This is simple inability to deal with messy bookkeeping at the destination end. You can't handle it, I get it. But you could at least leave me an "out". Yes, you could.
Just tell me how to eliminate certificates checking (or tell me a browser that does a less crappy job of following these chains and I'll quit using Firefox today). A browser that won't browse your most common email providers is not worth keeping. Does not matter how you think the world should be, if you can't provide connectivity despite sloppy housekeeping at the other end, you can't provide connectivity, which means you are not useful.

Firefox works fine from my home network or while I connect to internet directly via data card. However @ my office we use proxy and for almost all the sites (even google search) Firefox stops me stating "This Connection is Untrusted".
Attached are the screenshot for the same to help to help me.
I search quite a lot and closest I came was at this url https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/978722
Is there a way in Firefox to add this office proxy certificate in the certificate chain (not sure if that Will that help??)
How do I solve this? Kindly advice.

it. My first and MAIN reason for writing is that one of the file/folders I sort saved messages in - the ones to the left of my incoming messages, is suddenly missing. I found this out when I went to put a new incoming message into it. The file is called WEIGHT WATCHERS. PLEASE HELP!

Hi On a couple of occasions I have been unable to get to a particular website. I can’t recall what the previous problem websites were and those problems were corrected within a couple of days, but the latest (todays) problem is with Amazon.
Here is the error message I received: An error occurred during a connection to www.amazon.de. Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT
My google searches reveal the following solution (which works for me) from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1161980 : You can temporarily disable OCSP Stapling : Type in the address bar about:config (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked) Type and look for the preference : security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling and set it's value to false It is best to reset this pref via the right-click context menu to true once you are done with this website.
My question is what does security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling do and why do I need to disable it to get some something like Amazon to work?
Thanks
