I received a mozilla pop up this morning, implying that we should fall in line with the new politics by being respectful of the way we should employ your service, and should all respect calm and order now and not use this medium for opinions not your own. We've had enough propoganda and disinformation from BOTH 'sides' from high tech media like yourselves. Don't be a google PLEASE. It's why I came to you quite some time ago And I've been extremely happy with Firefox/Mozilla and DuckDuckGo

I hope you don't delete my account for saying these words. If you do, I'll know which agenda you'll be pushing in days to come.  :)

I read, and would like you to verify if you agreed with Twitters decision to remove the President of the United States from their platform, removing his ability to reach out to his supporters and people who followed him from around the world? Did you agree that silencing the President of the United States is something we do NOT do in this country, we don't silence anyone...this is something they do in COMMUNIST COUNTIES. Is this what we are now? They did NOT silence just the President of the United States, they silenced 100s of thousands of people. Do you understand the danger in that? If you don't like what someone is saying, move along! I will be leaving this search engine...you're not the only one.

Next time, THINK of big picture and long term unintended (?) consequences for yourself and the people. This is NOT America right now and I suggest instead of jumping in the short line....you'd be better off STFU, relax, let things cool down or we are all going to be sorry. People are being pushed too far my friends, don't be part of it.

I read an article stating Mozilla management is actually considering jumping on virtue signaling bandwagon by "warning" me about their opinion on sites they decide aren't trustworthy. For the record, I'm an independent that shares both left and right views. I loathe the idea of "safety" or 'the children" BS arguments to fiddle with my data or have you inject your opinion in any way.

If it happens, goodbye forever and I'll cheer on whatever replaces you if they do it right.

I shouldn't have any idea about the political views for a service like this. Shame on you all for not having the discipline to just do the job. Hope it's worth the cost.

I've been Firefox user since first available. Is it true what people are saying that Mozilla is collecting user website visit data and will soon begin banning people from using Firefox if they visit websites that differ politically from Mozilla's? All big tech companies are doing this and my son said Mozilla issued press release saying people who don't agree with Mozilla politics should be ”punished”. I'm in my mid 70s and trying to protect myself from problems.

Mozilla has just turned Firefox into a tool that censors "objectionable content" from people such as the President of The United States, without my knowledge. In this, it has followed lockstep with Amazon, Google, Facebook and Twitter on this path. This indicates a strong push towards globalism and the ultimate rule of the CCP over our country.

I thought that "Open Source" was kind of synonymous with "politically agnostic" in terms of implementation. However, it now appears that Firefox has been "bought out" so that it can support a political agenda. That is disappointing, operationally and ethically. That the kind of stuff they do in China.

I have immediately removed Firefox from every system in my house and have installed Brave instead. I will do the same with my clients as I see them.

My question is this: Given that Thunderbird is still part of Mozilla, shall I expect the same behavior from it as I'm seeing from Firefox? Will it become a tool of the CCP as Firefox has? Will it start censoring certain email content based on someone else's opinion?

I have another email client waiting in the wings, one that does NOT have a built-in political agenda, and right now I'm about ready to jump.

Is this true? Even remotely true?

I used to always donate to the Mozilla foundation because I used firefox and thunderbird. After hearing in the news that you are banning Trump or anything to do with Trump.........I am no longer supporting you. What happened to freedom of speech? I and many of my friends who I encouraged to use your browser and email are now uninstalling firefox and thunderbird. You will no longer have my support or money. We are so disappointed in your stance on this.

I am exited that Mozilla finally wants to start censoring/deplatforming radical sites! I agree that only some viewpoints are safe enough for the internet. I don't want my kids exposed to religious/gun zealots. I would like to volunteer to help nominate sites for removal from the internet, are you looking for help?
