FireFox version 140.0.2. is not good either! The video upload to Youtube will not start either! Removing cookies did not solve the problem either. This phenomenon has happened before, starting with version 131.0, which was eventually fixed later. (Win10 64 bit)

For some reason text rendered in canvases (used by Minecraft hostings to display console) is distorted. I'm not getting this behavior in other browsers (including Zen – Firefox fork). The issue persists in both stable and nightly versions, with and without hardware acceleration, in safe mode too. Any clues?

I have no idea who is going to read this, but I was in my Cell Phone companies’ site today and got an error message that Firefox would not show the bill details. Some stupid thing about other web sites and sealing my information. I needed that page and could not see so I had to use another browser (not Chrome or Edge) to get the bill to display.

I then had a coupon to print from an e-mail from my Pharmacy. Again you gave an error message but did download the coupon to where I save things.

I do not want to use Chrome or Edge as they track the S**t out of you. I have another that is laid out like Chrome but supposedly isn’t and I use that. I have to pay for that one. The main thing these browsers don’t have is the Menu Bar at the top and you cannot put it on. I use that to free up screen space that is lost the way they do things.

Can you PLEASE get things right in Firefox so I don’t have to waste my time or worse have to use this other browser I hate.

Am getting this message along with a recurring download of a specific email (keeps coming back even after deletion) that does not allow any other new messages to be downloaded. I do see new emails on my phone but will not read into Thunderbird??

Error: "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox."

Tried: Troubleshooting, closing Thunberbird and reopening, rebooting windows system, compacting, etc. to no avail....

Hi I recently changed over to Microsoft 11, my computer was installed and set up by Computer Help by a IT Consultant. My addresses are not like they use to be just come up names and addresses have disappeared which is frustrating. After loading the new update for TB on laptop, it successfully uploaded one of my 6 email accounts, my primary one protouch@comcast.net, and it works fine, can send and receive emails no problem. BUT when I went to load my other comcast.net accounts I keep getting an error message from the server. Have tried over and over and don't know what to do. But the email accounts (all of them) load and work well on the BLUEMAIL account on my phone and also on my laptop, but TB doesn't. Any ideas? HERE'S THE MESSAGE I KEEP GETTING - and I've checked all the settings and they are correct, plus I've tried it with VPN ON and OFF, same results. Bill

P.S. One more problem - when TB loaded it did not bring over my address book, but I do have a complete address book on my bluemail account. Anyone know how to download my BM addresses and load them into my TB book? Thanks

Instalei a versão 115.9.0 e apenas nessa versão para trás que é possível visualizar as mensagens com seu repositório no servidor de rede.

I'm running Thunderbird on Arch Linux. A few weeks ago the following problem appeared. When I start Thunderbird I can view my calendar as usual, and it is all in place. But once I click off the calendar back to email, any attempt to return to the calendar shows it blank until I restart Thunderbird. My various calendars are listed, but all appear empty, and Tasks are similarly empty. When on my email, the Tasks bar is still working.

I can see a similar question on the forum, to which the solution was to delete calendar add-ons. I have tbSync and its dependency installed; I tried deleting them (by moving the relevant folders out of .thunderbird and restarting) and this did not help. I have also tried reinstalling Thunderbird, which also did not help.

I am subscribed to a mailing list from Wordsmith.org, and I get an email with a different word each day. See today's example below:

The file omits the first part and says "____perous". It is not just this one instance, it is all the time, every day. Chrome also has the same fault, but Microsoft's Edge plays the mp3 completely, as it should.

I am trying to use Firefox and when I click on the Icon nothing happens. I run it as Administrator and the browser open but I can not load any web pages. The only web browser that works is Duck Duck Go. Google Chrome does not work either.

I am trying to load a page I load everyday and am receiving the following error message:

On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Thunderbird was auto-updated on my computer. Shortly after that, I tried to start the tax preparation program I use for preparing tax returns for my clients. I am a CPA and tax preparer. The tax prep program is called "ATX" and is a product sold by Wolters-Klewer (aka CCH), and is unrelated to Thunderbird. I can no longer access my ATX tax prep program.

When I try, I get this message: "The program has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close." I have tried multiple times, and get the same error message every time. I also get that message when I try to start ATX for previous tax years. I am sure it is the Thunderbird update that is causing this, as I have made no other changes to my computer, programs, hardware, or anything else. The ATX program worked just fine up until yesterday.

I badly need that ATX program. Please help ASAP. If someone wants to call me, my number is (775) 747-4666.

Finally, the error message I get when I try to start the ATX program has a link that says "Show details." When I click that, I get a long list of gobbledegook, but one line may be relevant here. It says: "Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it "

I have over fifty tax return to prepare before the extended deadline of October 15th, so I desperately need to be able to open my tax prep program. I am almost certain the Thunderbird update caused this, so please help fix this right away. Thank you.

1. When I start Thunderbird, the first thing that comes up is the "misinformation" "No message found". Only some time later is the inbox with the new messages displayed. The initial "misinformation" is annoying.

2. When I open a message, I have to constantly click backwards until I get back to the inbox. Why is there no button for this?

Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. When opening the calendar on a Mac with an M processor, it takes a terribly long time for the ball to stop spinning, on a Mac with an Intel processor it works quickly and normally. Does anyone have a solution?

I have an e-mail in my TB in-box. The mail contains a hyperlink to Facebook. When I click on the hyperlink, I get the message copied above in the Subject of this problem. In almost all cases, if I re-click on the icon in the e-mail, the re-click takes me to the desired URL in Firefox. My Thunderbird is 128.11.1esr (64-bit). Why is the first click producing the error message? Would there be anything in the TB Error Console?
