On mac I have been getting constant firefox crashes when in gmail after a minute or on other work sites. I have tried it in toubleshoot mode as well and it worked fine a little longer but still crashed. Crash IDs in attached image.

Is this real? Benne having problems in Firefox can't us the "move to function to file emails. It dfaults to create new. I asked a question in the support page and now I get the email. Firefox options, preferences and settings was edited by Mozinet. First time for this one.

In Google Forms, I expect a dropdown here to pick the date.

I use firefox on my mac to connect to the webgui on proxmox and casaos. Up until the recent update everything works great. Now, however, all I get is a blank screen with no activity. The same bookmark works great in safari and brave browser. I tried deleting the cache and reloading everything as well as the certs related to the websites. I even deleted firefox and reloaded and got the same behavior.

Doesnt happen with firefox on my linux or windows machines, only the macos. Doesnt happen on other browsers but I would like to keep using firefox.

Firefox will NOT LET ME assign a downloads folder, and doesn't ever ask where to save (though that IS checked). There is NOTHING the support base or community I can find addressing this. It tells you to check "ask" and or to assign a downloads folder. Well, I Have checked "ask" and it doesn't ask. And it will not let me select a downloads folder.

And all downloads "fail." So I cannot use Firefox io download anything.

This is a bug. The settings do not work.

I have updated to latest version, this has been the case thru multiple versions. I am using a M1 Macbook pro with Monterey OS.

I was using firefox sync across multiple devices, but at some point in the past few months, i got locked out on one device due to too many wrong tries (i THINK. something went wrong anyway), and now, i am logged on on only 1 computer, and none of my passwords (even the one currently saved in my password manager, 1password) work when trying to log into other devices. using the QR scan from firefox/pair page on my ph doesn't work either. so, now i'm afraid of getting logged out from my main computer and then losing access to years worth of bookmarks & folders & plug-ins etc. unfortunately, when i went to try & add a back up email for my account, it was too late...it kept asking me to log in to do so, and my password isn't recognized anymore (or i maybe inadvertently changed w/ a typo inserted?). i was thinking about just trying to download all my bookmarks, deleting my current account, and creating a new one...but then i need the log in to delete the account. i want to keep the same email for the user name, since it's my main email.

i am at a loss as to how i can get around this impasse.

Every day when I come back to my mac and firefox is open, it will not respond to any new web address. I can put in any web site and it resolves the full page name, but does not open any site. I have to close firefox completely, which is a pain when I have multiple pages open. It does not matter if I have one or tabs in use, I am forced to close out of firefox completely in order for it to work again. This has been going on for years for me with firefox through multiple versions, multiple MacOS, and multiple Mac systems.

open tabs crash every few minutes. Very frustrating. This behavior just recently started. I restarted Firefox: no change. I put it in troubleshoot mode: no change. Any suggestions?

When I'm working in Google Docs, the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + 7 creates a numbered list. However, when I try to do this in Firefox, it overrides the Google Doc command and automatically opens the "Help" tab for the search engine. Is there a way to disable the "Help" tab's keyboard shortcut so that I can use shift + command + 7 to make numbered lists in Google Docs?

My screen has been zooming in without me doing anything at all. It's done this for almost a year. I can always keyboard shortcut it back to the 100% size with no problem, but the issue is frustrating! I'm on a Apple iMac and I keep my operating system as well as Firefox updated to the latest versions. My iOS is Ventura 13.5.2, and my Firefox is 118.0.1

Now today it's zooming in and out without me even touching the mouse or keypad. I have a video of it doing this that I took with my phone but I can't upload it because it says it's not a supported file type.

Anyone else experiencing these problems? Any ideas how to put an end to this problem completely?

Linked-In at www.linkedin.com suddenly does not show my basic dashboard (home, notifications, messages etc) since I updated to the latest IOS version for my laptop. I can see the feed, and my account but the dashboard that lets you actually do anything is gone. I tried it on someone else's phone and it works fine.

Is this conflicting with firefox browser somehow?

I cannot click on the links in the search engines any longer. I did the Firefox refresh option. Now I dont have the extensions I had. I can't figure out how to install them without paying again, My ad blockers in particular. I went ahead and paid and now they do not show up in the extensions. I could not go to Twitter, the message said I was not connected to the internet. I am not sure what happened. I could not go to my email. I tried the troubleshoot mode and I could not figure out what to do next. I am using an apple iMac running Ventura 13.4.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Firefox displays weird characters in text when some pages are loaded. This appears to happen with Helvetica font and maybe some others. The problem seems to go away when firefox is launched in safe mode, and does not occur in other browsers. After a little digging I found when I turn hardware acceleration off the problem seems to fix itself. I'd rather not operate firefox with this option off, and I have a relatively new mac so this shouldn't be an issue. Is there a better way to solve this problem? Attached are pictures of the issue when hardware acceleration is on. As you can see, there are weird characters that display on the right.
