My firefox version: 124.2.0 My phone: Xiaomi redmi note 13

The problem: This problem is most prominent when I want to listen to music on youtube while having another app open. I have "video background play fix" add-on. Interestingly, just going to the home screen keeps the song playing, but once I go to any other app (tested with discord, whatsapp and veryfitpro) the song stops playing. Then I go back to the app and it reloads the entire website and the song is at the beginning waiting for me to press play. I've tried different battery optimization strategies in the app's settings and none of them worked. Tried clearing the cache.

Even after numerous Uninstalls and a Reinstalls I keep getting this error notice when trying to open Firefox...

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

I received the new version, Version 115.10.1, and the next morning I have emails going to other folders, 1261 junk files that had already been received over maybe the past week or so all received again AND not filtered to the junk folder but rather to the inbox. 2 emails moved from inbox to another folder. Train wreck.

Whenever I open my Thunderbird email application .. its constantly asking me to re enter all the passwords for the email accounts I have within the app .. I even select to save the password but its constantly asking me to enter it than i enter it and a minute later again it loses sync with the server and i have to re enter it again and again for each email I have linked within the app

When I run firefox on WSL2, buttons dont work on any pop up windows. Foe example when installing a firefox extention - it will download and pop up a small window at the top right to add the extentionto firefox. The buttons dont work. Another example is when opening up the firefox menu bar (hamburger bar) - it will pup up a small window to allow to open up settings, go to add ons, open bookmarks or history. The buttons dont work. Last example is the pop up window for this Ash your question page for firefox support - When clicking "Which topic best described your question - it will pop up a small window to select what type of question Im gonna ask. The buttons dont work.

I dont know how to fix this. I restarted, deleted my firefox profile, started of safe mode, nothing worked. How do I solve this issue?

I have my email account set with the order being descending date of arrival and the messages are unthreaded.

However, every time I get a new message in the account, it appears at the bottom of the list of messages. I only made one change to my email in Thunderbird when this started happening. Prior to me setting up a filter to search for amazon.com messages and direct them to a separate folder, the messages all appeared on top, in the correct date order. After, they appear on the bottom, even if I change to another folder or different email address and come back, the message is still at the bottom.

It is like when you have a folder open in Windows browser and then you save or modify files in that window, they reappear on the bottom.

Closing the program (like if you close a window) and reopening it causes the new message to appear where it should be. However, that is a substantial inconvenience. I have Thunderbird monitoring nine other e-mail accounts at present. None of them have a message filter. All of them show the email at the top of the page. New messages to my primary account appear at the bottom of the page even when I have Thunderbird showing the inbox of one of the other email accounts.

Using Windows 10, Thunderbird 115.10.1 (64-bit).

Since the 14/04/24 I can no longer receive or send any emails. I am using Windows 11 and am on a Lenova laptop and appears I have Thunderbird version 115.10.1. I have spoken to my internet provider at great length and they ending up saying that they could not help me any more and I had to contact Mozilla. When I try to receive emails I get a message saying this: Server mail.skymesh.com.au has disconnected. The server may have gone down or there may be a network problem. I am able to access my emails through my internet providers web emails also. I don't know of any more information that I can put in here so I will leave it at that and hope that someone out there can help me as I have absolutely no idea what to do next. I am not a computer person what so ever and will not be able to fix this on my own so any help will be appreciated but I will need details. Thanks in advance. Tam

Yesterday there was update in Thunderbird and went well. But today, Thunderbird suddenly asking for credentials and then it went totally blank as in screenshot. There is nothing at all. But incoming mails are still showing up in windows notification and it can be opened as new tab of Thunderbird. I have been searching the possible cause and solution from forum and internet, but no luck. Can someone please help me about this ?

In recent attempts to join a few webinars I am now getting more and more "TLS Errors." I have noticed that many of the solutions to this problem involve actions that do not solve the problem but create larger issues. Do you have a solution that works safely? I am forced to use Windows 7 unfortunately due to work systems and a long story. I think this is my primary problem but I have to keep using it until the bitter end with this PC.
