firefox added its own admin to my computer and will not let me delete the shortcut w/o admin privelidges

A pop up came up while surfing the web, it would not let me close and kept asking to stay on page or leave, I hit leave but it kept popping up. I uninstalled firefox once I shut down the computer,now I just have a icon wich looks like a paper and when I try to deleate it it says I have to have admin permission to remove.

                I now also have 3 accts on my computer and I have only set up one.

what can I do please help

I have just started using FireFox. I have transferred all my bookmarks from IE but the icon pictures have not appeared. How can I get them to populate?

I'm not sure exactly how this happened, but my homepage and FB page are totally out of whack. My dtr. was using the computer, she said a little magnifying glass came up and when she tried to click away it zoomed the entire page. We can't reset it to normal. Tried everything we can think of. Please help. We use the most updated version of Firefox and Windows 7.... 3 week old Dell laptop, seriously.

Since I installed version 9 of firefox, I can't change my default page when I bring up Forefox. I change it in the tools, but it's not kept. What can I do to remedy this?

The other computer always has 2 pages coming up, one is my page and the other is informing me that I updated to version 9. Using Windows XP on this computer. How can I get rid of the Mozila page?

I used to be able to press 1 button to get to my Google Home page, but now that I have downloaded the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, the "home page" is now information about Firefox and at the top of my computer, there is a question about security that needs me to say 'no' each time. I do not want to go through these steps every time I start my system.

I installed teh update a few days ago but when I open Firefox it says :"You're not on the lastest version . . ", but at "Help" & "About Firefox" it shows 9.0.1 "latest release". There's a glitch somewhere.

At <Help> & <About Firefox>, it shows Firefox 9.0.1 "Firefox is up to date" "You are currently on the release update Channel"

One of those messages must be wrong. Either way Firefox seems to work fine otherwise. Thanks and regards, Peter Spielman
