So I've been having a problem with Firefox. Every time I open Firefox the last add-on on the taskbar is grayed out and doesn't work properly, it also makes it impossible to open any website, it just load infinitely. I have disable/enable the last add-on on my task bar in order for Firefox to work properly. It's really annoying and it just started to be like that for about 2 week.

If I shutdown my computer while Firefox is open, it will start up automatically with all of my previous tabs open next time I turn on my computer. It does this faster than my VPN can start up, thus exposing my true IP to what ever sites I had open when I turned off my computer. Is there any way to make it so that Firefox doesn't do this?

bold text When I open up a NEW TAB, a MENU appears, called 'TOP SITES', IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN EDIT THIS PAGE? The drop down menu doesn't help me in any way! Help?!

I have several websites where I am a paying customer to be able to access content. On some of them when I log into their site I am not recognized as being logged in, when I open a new tab on that site. On the New York Times website it will sometimes happen when I link to individual stories from the front page, but a simple page refresh then will show I am logged in.

On my job search website though Flexjobs (at www.flexjobs.com ) it almost always opens the page as if I am not logged in. It's maddening to have to log in again and then try to find where I was!

I'm running the latest version of Firefox, and have cleared the cache.

I just posted two questions to the community. When I click on "my questions" I am brought to a page that tells me there are no results for "in English" and to try another keyword. How do I get to see my question I posted?

I know there a quite a few os this same question, but they're old and none of their solutions work.

I have checked Block Audio and Video Autoplay in my settings, but Firefox does not block them. Audio block seems to work sometimes but video block never does.

This is extremely annoying and I need help.

Occasionally after I have participated in a survey or used a chat window, that temporary window will continue to open each time the browser starts. These windows remain after the browser is closed and must be closed separately. I've checked for add-ons and only the two I need are shown.

The latest chat window opens twice! It is from my ISP after a support session yesterday. i can't really block that website, since chat is the only way to get service from the ISP. What causes this annoying problem and how do I stop it?

After update to 76.0 which "..strengthens protections for your online account logins and passwords, with innovative approaches to managing your accounts during this critical time:" Firefox has "strengt away" multiple passwords. Set to default the search engine and removed all of my addons.

can not load twitter on desktop ff 76 but it loads in chrome. I can manually type in https://twitter.com hit enter and there is nothing, just blank page & no error, nothing. I have cleared cache & cookies, no luck... Anyone have any other ideas.

My pc inbox desktop email page opens in accordance with my mobile page. I want to restore my page to the desktop page for emails. Currently it opens as per 703. It used to open as per 704.
