I have a new laptop and I would like to transfer the information held in Firefox Downloads from my existing laptop to the new machine. Your help would be Invaluable. Thank You jr_337

I have been in the beta program for a while, but would prefer to go back to using released versions--the add-ons are just too iffy with beta. How do I unjoin the beta program?

when on a website, such as Facebook for example, the window is not full screen. It seems like it is 2 inches smaller on each side than on IE. It it more like a strip down the middle of the screen rather than full screen.

The forward and back arrows on 7.0 beta are grayed out and do not work. Same issue on other earlier versions.

I have done complete uninstall and then reinstalled, though same problem persist.

I need to know how to get the old version of firefox back. I only upgraded because a pop up window prompted me to and now i am unable to use the browser at all. I had it "replace" the old version, so as far as i know it's gone. All attempts to download older versions, bring me right back to the latest version. Please help!

The past few days the Firefox beta that was loaded started to block various sites. Everything from banking to newsletters. I tried to get your help but have received NO reply!! I removed the Firefox I was using and downloaded the latest Firefox for. MAC. Totally new page with no history, bookmarks, passwords, etc. were on the new Firefox. My Safari sites works normally as does Google Chrome.

whenever i try to use the default search about:home before it always used to google which im sure everyones did as default after i installed the new update im now being switched over to ask.com this has happened to me before on firefox and i have been able 2 figure ways around this now im just stuck i need this to stop i absolutely hate ask.com worse search engine in my opinion and i feel like firefox is being taking over

Hi, i had trouble loading one website, so following the 'help' pages, I created a new profile to try and open the site there. (didn't work), so I deleted the new profile, and ONLY had that profile highlighted in profile manager, and now all my bookmarks etc on my other profile are deleted. can i 'go back in time' and restore the apparently deleted files? help please! and I still can't load the website!

I was asked to update my Firefox today. The prompts said the yahoo and norton toolbars would be disabled during the update and ENABLED after. They did not reset and do not appear in view drop down menu. How to I reset the toolbars? I am a novice user please be as simple as possible.

Don't know if it makes a difference but I'm running this on XP. What I see is the standard title bar, with all the standard menu stuff under that.

However, if I right click on the File menu entry, I see the menu your talking about. Please edit the help. I discovered this as I was writing this note.

So, I was already frustrated with hunting and clicking around.

Issue seems to affect tabs randomly. I thought at first it maybe indicated some sort of inactive tab or something along those lines, but the actual "Tab Groups" text appears as if it's highlighted.
