When i clivk the + sign on the tabs bar or select NEW TAB on the file menu a new tab does not open if i select fire fox help from the help menu a new tab open and i can then go to my home page and use as normal This is since updating to 3.6.15

How can I disable the feature that blocks rerouted pages? This is causing many issues. It blocks literally every page that I go to. I am getting really sick of this!

Updated via "Check for updates" to latest version. Further check indicates program is up to date and no update available. However, "About Mozilla Firefox" shows version 3.6.13, Plain confusing. Edit: (Please note, it applies to laptop and NOT the system used to post this issue.)

I had d/l the last version of FF and my Norton toolbar didn't work. So I down graded to 3.? where it had worked, but it didn't. So today hoping u had it fixed I d/l ver 8, but no it doesn't work. I pay about 25 bills on line and I have different passwords, etc for each, do I use my Norton Identity safe many times each day. If I cant get it w/ FF I will use IE. If u get it fixed please email me and I will reuse FF Thanks

I am a regular, satisfied user of Firefox. I have version 3.6.15 installed, but I would like to try the FF 4.0 Beta. Can I have both installed in my PC and run one or the other at will? Thanks.

I have been a FireFox user for years. I know how to open a new tab. File -> New Tab does not open a new tab. Clicking the plus sign on the right end of the existing tab does not open a new tab. I'm running FireFox 3.6.15 under Windows 7. Is there a bug in the latest FireFox upgrade?

I have carefully tried to follow the instructions for importing bookmarks from IE, as given in Firefox "Help". The "import" choice is simply not available under "File", as it is purported to be.

The norton tool bar feature which identifies problem sites (safe web) is a good tool and has saved us from many problems. From past experience I feel it is something I must have.

I loaded firefox 4 and while I like the program I removed it because of the lack of that feature but would like to use FF4.

I have a Mac G5, OS 10.5.8. I am notified of/encouraged to download the Firefox upgrade. I am unable to drag the ø fox into the system folder as instructed. This has happened 3 times over the past week.

i had on my machine (win7) firefox 3.6.15 these days I discovered firefox 4.0Beta12 and I install it. it is great. I have pinpointed to taskbar both of them. after a restart there is not possible to run 4.0Beta12 again. not from taskbar, not from "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 12\firefox.exe". every time it will open 3.6.15

Since this last Sunday, March 13th, I have not been able to open a new tab. I used to use ctrl+t and it would open up a new tab. I've also tried going to File up in the tool bar, and going to New Tab and this isn't working either. The only way I can get a new tab is to go to Help in the tool bar, and going to Troubleshooting Info. This opens up that tab, and I change it to the address I need to go to.

Updated to 3.6.15 and my extensions/add-ons aren't working or showing up apart from the add-ons list. Tried downgrading (3.16.14 & 3.5.7) and they still didn't show up. Is there a stable version to get Adblock Plus to work, at least? Or is this some other sort of problem?

I click on "Bookmarks" in the tool bar and a large gray screen comes up which normally would have all of my bookmarks showing on it. Now, suddenly it does not show any bookmarks, or the usual menu items where I could at least go in and try to change something to fix this.
