In Windowx XP, one can create seperate user accounts or "profiles" so that different people can use a computer and have their files and profiles kept seperate or secured from others. The main account is the Administrator account.

My problem is I have non-Firefox toolbars that I have downloaded and installed on the Administrators account Firefox toolbar, but I can not get these to show up in any of the seperate user accounts that I have created.

Is there a way to make these show up? If so, what do I need to do?

Thank you, Blaine Thompson

I'm on Mac OS 10.6.7, computer is about a year and a half old. I think I may have had one successful upgrade very early on, to 3.5.2. Every time I've tried to upgrade since then, it starts but won't complete. It's getting to the point where this has got to be upgraded, and I simply can't get it to move. I've noticed Firefox has been crashing, which it almost never used to do. Help!!

I've followed the instructions to upgrade; I don't understand why I'm still being urged to upgrade. I would like verification that I completed the process successfully -- or further instructions about what else to do. Thank you for your attention. (I'm 76 years old, and I am a bit timid about technology -- but I'm trying!)

Every time I open Firefox to go online, I get the message that my version of Firefox is no longer protected against online attacks. When I click the update button as instructed, a page appears that doesn't have any obvious further instructions. Under the assumption that all is well, I proceed to my online activity...only to have the same experience the next time I open Firefox.
