However, the instruction: "While viewing synced tabs in Sidebar, right clicking on device name allows you to open all tabs from a device at once." does not work. Right clicking does nothing. I've tried to work with Mozilla, but I cannot get an early system and another laptop (two I've been working). I've tried to work with Mozilla process, but I just cannot to get it to work. I tried to work your process, but I seem your process as asking me to read data that I seem coming close, but working with us. The last information was data, but a little error (?, mine or yours) popped up. My data that I wrote up, then I changed my data for robertippolito6@gmail.com very carefully, but the error this time had to be your error or an blend of data because many of your team and mine are just mine.
I give up. I cancel my contract. I've had to take my laptop for many trips to help with my older brother and who suddenly died. I was spanning around for quite some time to work.

I am trying to find a way to restore the previous tabs that I had open. All the standard restore procedures out of the History button or elsewhere are not working due to the account change. Here's the background and scenario: Original account created 1 month ago on old Linux PC New PC purchased and Ubuntu Linux 24.04 installed Firefox installed and configured, bookmarks imported from .html file. No sync account was ever signed in to. Open a crapload of tabs that I wanted/needed to interact with (yes, I need a better task management system) Finally decide to log into sync account, successful sign-in Close browser for PC restart. Upon restart, all configurations from 1 month ago on old Linux PC are present, and no previously-opened tabs come back. Restore session/restore tabs/restore browser all are greyed out, no data to access in history anywhere. Signed out of account, closed browser window and restarted. Still displaying config from old sync account even when not logged in (different theme, toolbar settings)
I am unable to locate any files in the pathway Home/snap/firefox/common/.mozilla/firefox that clearly indicate multiple profiles; there is only one distinct profile folder present. I haven't cleared cache or anything, trying to not touch it more. Is it possible to restore or even see the URLs of those tabs from my session prior to logging in to my sync profile?

I can access without issue on Edge and Chrome, but they aren't my preferred browsers. And if I use google to directly go to a specific page within the site, such a the technical support page, I can access that, and log in from there.
I tried all of the typical trouble shooting steps, like clearing cache and cookies. None of that helped.
Then today I decided to pull out my laptop and see if I could access aa.com from there. I could, with no issues.
So, this is somehow related to Firefox, but deeper than just the browser itself. But I'm at a loss as what to check next to correct this isue.
Not sure if it's related, but the automated guesses this page makes about my browser and operating system stated that I'm on Windows 10. This computer uses Windows 11, and it came installed with Windows 11.

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?

I am just clicking on the (whichever) site, from a search - not opening a private window... This extension used to work fine.
I did install DuckDuckGo browser, but removed it, as it was more trouble than it was worth. I would have to reboot my PC after each use before FireFox would connect.

I also had occasion to look at it briefly on my synchronised android phone. I would like to: - get my tabs back - find a way to stop this haappening (it's not the first time).

Mind you, I have not even entered a password or verified that email address yet. I cannot even remove that email from the profile now, even if I do and try to re-sign, the accounts page says I am already synced to the typo email.
