When I am signed into Firefox, I am constantly getting error messages about viruses that have bee detected on my machine, Error 404 Found, Via 1iz1np7uj6vg7f.sessionlabs.co.in, and such. Is there a way for me to stop this activity? Does Firefox have and protection software that could help? I have attached two screen shots of the type of messages I am getting. Thank you for any help you could pass my way.

After uploading Firefox Update 115.35.2ser, Cookies and Site Data will not fully clear. The Clear Data button removes some cookies and data, but there is always 122 KB of disk space still there that will not be removed. I have deleted my add-ons, but that had no effect.

This happened once before (several years ago) but only went away with a new update.

If I use the "refresh Firefox feature will that fix the problem and if I use that feature will all of my bookmarks be lost?

I have downloaded "Free Stock Ticker" and please tell me how install it on "Startpage" which is my home browser on Firefox. I do not know how to install download programs.

I have been blocked from making payments from the billpayer on my accounts with credit union. Even my Gmail says I am using an outdated browser but my settings history says it is all up to date. Bills are due and I need help in clearing this up. I am on Windows 7 Home Premium.Is there something further I need to adjust?

When I click on any product at Home Depot site, I always get 'error page -- please refresh page'. Did not previously have any problems at that site. I'm running Windows 7 (sorry!) on desktop.

I got a message that my certificate expired April 18,,,I dont know why? How do I get it restored. The message came on my desktop , FB is working fine and I can view my website flovalleynews,com on my phone....I dont understad this at all!

Living very rural tends to compound problems -- especially not being able to order materials for contracts. There are NO cell phone signals here to use 'smart phones' (which none of us have) and spyware 'apps'. It's order via the laptop with Firefox -- or nothing. These are the tools we were given.

You people don't even have a clue, do you ? Lots of SPEWING about all this and Mozilla trying to skate out of it with all volunteer 'support' and not have to expend one dime. Most of the answers for other posts are just Rope-a-Dope. Could be this ! Could be that ! Could be t'other one ! Roll the dice ! Take a guess ! No answer for this problem because I just looked -- again. Lots of mouths running though.

I COULD do Another back and forth on this with some half-clueless 'volunteer' but that's come to an end. Have requested permission to send our laptops in for installation of a browser ("..any browser, as long as we can order from Home Deport and Lowes..."). But be assured of this -- I will say something when I run into the clueless and witless masquerading as 'customer support.

Firefox NOT such a 'Free' product. We haven't looked at what our business loss is yet.
