Firefox opened with a set of questions just now. I did what was appropriate then it was like FF reset. All of my home page shortcut boxes were gone and I want them back. FF/Mozilla sent a verification code to my email. I typed the url for my gmail account and FF did nothing. A page came up with the url and it was blank. The tab had an icon grayed out and the page was blank. So I had to go to Edge to sign in to my gmail to get the code. I am at work. I do not have time to search through a plethora of articles trying to find how to get my shortcuts back. Why did they go away in the first place. This is maddening. I've used FF for years and it has always been simple. I just need an answer to what should be a simple question.

Suddenly, yesterday when I opened my Microsft Outlook app, all is see is HUGE letters filing my entire desktop computer screen. As you can see in photo below, there is no way I can rea email this way. Same today. When I try another browser (Edge) the Outlook screen opens just fine, so it looks like a problem with Firefox.

I don't want to have to use Edge as a browser - I like Firefox!

I don't know how to fix this in Firefox. I don't rememebr making any changes to the programme - but I do undertake regular updates.

Firefox will not open most websites, other browsers still open them. Current version of Firefox v121.0 64 bit. Problem started maybe 2 to 3 versions ago. At this point I cannot use Firefox at all, but I really prefer it to any other browser. Please let me know what I need to change in settings or Please repair Firefox soon.

When I try to log into the site, the system sends a 2FA code. I enter the code an Firefox goes into a loop waiting for the server. When I use Chrome, I get right in. I do not want to be forced over to Chrome. How can I fix this?

I have used mozilla firefox for at least two decades as my main browser. However about a day ago I closed a window (ei. X'ed out) and all of my windows closed AND were unrecoverable via 'restore session'

This now happens all the time. I may have a couple windows open - I close one and they all close - not TABS - WINDOWS. As I am handling personal finances, academics and business, I cannot work like this. I cannot keep every window I open forever open so that I do not loose another. I am forced to use another browser until the problem is fixed.

I was also VERY disappointed to find that I could not just ask a question without signing in. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just help people who use your stuff. Why do I have to be a member to point out a problem or ask a question? I'll bet you are missing volumes of helpful feedback because folks are tired of having to announce themselves before pointing out a glitch and just move on as I almost did. That in turn leaves dedicated users dealing with a glitch for longer.

Hi, I have a 1Gb/s symmetrical fiber. And when testing Google Chrome and Firefox, Firefox has a problem with uploading to most sites. But somehow it does with Speedtest.net. It's kinda weird tbh. Not to mention I have QoS enabled why the 600 and 700.

Recently, I was browsing a website when Firefox (Windows 10, version 122) suddenly showed me an info bar asking me to turn on DRM content. While the message seems clear, I still wish to ask if it may be possible that websites force Firefox to download DRM modules and load them against my choice (and if possible to explain, how Firefox knows that DRM content is present on the page to begin with).

This began some time ago. My laptop Windows 10 only has 2 saved articles. My I-Phone has all saved articles. What happened? I used to be able to see the complete collection on both.

I have been using Firefox on my Huawei P29 for several years. I have Google UK set as my search engine and on my home page and this has been fine for years. Two or three days ago when I loaded Firefox Google UK and Google.com wouldn't display. The link flashes in the top bar but the page stays blank. They will load in Chrome and in Firefox if I have desk top mode switched on, but not in android mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, cleared the browser cache but no change. Getting pretty fed up with wasting my time sorting it out. Is it the Huawei phone or Firefox's last update?

Logins and passwords are missing. Noticed this when websites that I commonly use were not auto filling. There must have been more than 100 entries in my Logins and passwords folder. Now only 25. This is on Windows and iphone where I use Firefox.
