...Desktop site option setting does not stick! After switching tabs for 5 mins, it changes back to mobile site view & I HAVE TO X out of tab, reopen it, & check desktop site again! You can't just reset the desktop site option on & off either, doesn't work. You MUST X out the tab & start all over. ...It's a real pia! In older versions it always worked, always defaulted even days later! However, NOT in the last few versions, why can't it still currently work now? It should! ...And god for bid you find any real support! And probably won't get it here either. ...."IS" there ANY real, live support around here? A developer email? Anything??? All of a sudden, when I create a new email or respond to one, the "send button" disappeared. I tried right clicking the menu bar at the top of the email screen and it takes me to the customize screen but the button for send is missing. Where is it?

Currently I have for years 12 Email accounts connected to my Thunderbird and with the latest upgrade the unified folders are not showing any emails (see attachment)

I tried to delete Thunderbird and its library and when i newly installed still the same issues.

Can anyone advise me on what to do to see my different accounts on my computer which is a mac book m2. On my other mac computers the unified folders work but not on the one i really need to use.

Firefox updated and Yoroi wallet has stopped working. Failed to access storage. Yoroi needs to access to storage ("IndexedDB") to properly manage wallets. Your browser may either not support IndexedDB or it may be disabled due to your privacy settings (such as private browsing) any Ideas ? my regards

I'd like the quick filter to be in the huge empty void above it and not open in a new line unnecessarily. Also the quick filter button is too far to the right, out of reach it should be aligned left by default.

Hi, I just paid a computer tech good money to get back an older version - that i liked. The new version was 115.3.3 (64-bit) and I spend time to look on the internet to download old version of Thunderbird. the old version that worked on my MAC was 91.13.1 (64-bit)

I even brought back the older friendly bird icon. The new one looks mean as if it could peck your eyes out!

I looked for a way to remove apple maps from being the default Map when I search using Firefox on windows 10. Its not helpful since half of the info isnt listed and I would like google maps instead like it had always been.

I haven't yet found the correct configuration to do this.

What I want is: 1. History should either not be saved, or alternatively auto-deleted after a certain time (e.g. only keep history of the past hour), or as a last resort get deleted when closing the browser. 2. I want to keep the ability to restore recently closed tabs. I realize this is a bit in conflict to not having a history, but just remembering the last few closed tabs would be enough, or all tabs closed in the last few minutes. 3. When I restart the browser, I want it to restore my previously open tabs 4. I want to keep cookies and logins (i.e. not get logged out everywhere, and have the cookie dialogues after restarting the browser). 5. Not super important, but ideally I want to keep my saved favicons/website logos in the bookmarks and on the new tab page.

So basically I just want to way for the history to be empty or automatically pruned, without sanitizing any other data on exit or browsing in a kind of permanent private mode.

I recently refreshed Firefox and now I am having trouble streaming some news channels from my TV provider. The message I get is "FIREFOX IS INSTALLING COMPONENTS NEEDED TO PLAY THE AUDIO OR VIDEO ON THIS PAGE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

I went to my Settings under DRM and found some articles on how to watch DRM content. I dug a little deeper and went to Manage Your Plugins and noticed two Enabled Plugins - OpenH264 Video Codec and Widevine Content Decryption Module provide by Google.

Under the Widevine plugin, there is a message highighted in yellow that reads - Widevine Content Decryption Module will be installed shortly.

It's been like this for 2 days and I don't know what to do next.

Every time I opent Thunderbid I must scroll down to see the newest messages at the bottom. It is very annoying. Also it happens when I change the folders. How to fix it?

Formerly I could decide the window size for the number of minimum visible received emails in the list down to 3. But for any reason the minimum now is 10. Which does that the space for text content is reduced a lot. How can I get back the former possibility?

Is it possible to not have a default sender selected when sending emails, so I'll have to choose every time I write a new email? I know I can select a default, but I have to switch between multiple email accounts rather often and want to avoid using the wrong one by accident.

How can I remove the show all tabs arrow? Also start adding an easy way to remove any changes you make in new updates. They are more annoying then helpful for quite some time already. Why would I need such feature when I use up to 5 tabs?

since today the Addons "uBlockOrigin" and "Ghostery" are not anymore working in Firefox. In Chrome all works fine.

When i load a YT-Video, i got an Ad, the Video is black, i see nothing but i hear the ad. This is since today and i never encountered that.

Someone can help me with that?

Firefox is not asking where save downloaded files. I have the checkbox checked which indicates it should ask every time. I also followed some instructions on here about going to the about:config page and changing a setting to false, but that didn't do anything.

Built in PDF reader is showing blank and then prompting to close firefox -

Please help I am support a company who are really big on Firefox and love the built in PDF reader feature but recently when they open files they show blank and you ar then requested to close Firefox.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

He has the latest version of Firefox from today I can see there was an update 2 days ago and there where some new features on the reader could this be the reason?
