My internet session terminated and "AV Center" popped up stating it found viruses and I need to download and use SecurIns 110. Is this safe? I've never had this happen before...

i have a problem with FireFox keeps on crashing while i am surfing and loading pages. i always do the latest updates and i have the recent version.i would like to get help please.

My firefox keeps crashing and it never then gives me the option of using Mozilla Crash Reporter!! . . I only get the usual Microsft Reposting thing which is no damned good for my Firefox.

How can I get the Mozilla Crash Reporter up and running. If I cant get it sorted I will have to go back to using IE and I hate IE . .

Everytime I try to sign into my account at Alibaba.com Mozilla firefox crashes! It brings up a box that says Mozilla crash report. Am I missing certain add-ons or extensions? Please help! Thanks!

i start windows, i open firefox, it crashes, then i'll restart it (firefox not windows) and it works! every time when i start my pc, first it crashes ff then works great until ill shut down my pc.

Whenever I would like to watch any kind of multimedia file on the website, opens in windows media player throw internet, every single time Mozilla has crashed. I can not watch any news, video clips etc.

Everytime I start up my PC and open Firefox, the crash report will appear. The crash report does not appear subsequently, it only appears when I first open Firefox. I do not seem to have problems when using Firefox otherwise, though I do get new Firefox windows opening and showing me spam.

Firefox has been crashing randomly for the last two days. I had to download Malwarebytes yesterday because I picked up Malware Doctor (I think that's the name.) It was soon after I had removed the spyware that Firefox started crashing.

Firefox does not open in safe mode and from the menu bar it will not quit ...... I have to go to the dock and right clic to force quit.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, to try terminal as instructed

It will not open in safe mode

I have recently updated my Firefox version to the latest 3.6.3. I had the feeling the installer donload was not quite "complete", and after installing and running the installer I tryed adding plugins but the latest ones said I have version "3.0.5 MEGAUPLOAD" (I think). I assumed that was caused by the download not really finishing (appears as done after 97% was downloaded), so I redownloaded it and made sure it got up all the way to 100%, using a different download manager. It worked, and I installed firefox again with the completely downloaded installer. When I tried opening it nothing happened, and I checked the task manager but no firefox process was running.
