Why do I have to go to google to download this app?

I do not use Google. If you are controlled by Google please let me know so I can make other choices.

Is there an APK repository or on your site I can go to for the android app?

To download the Firefox browser it says to go to the menu and open 'About Firefox', but there is no such question in the Menu. You can see the Menu in the screenshot below

I mistakenly uninstalled Firefox, then reboored and reinstalled it. How do I recover my saved passwords?

I tried going to the Data folder, but there is only 1 folder there, "export messages", for an app that lets me print out or save existing text messages .

Hi - after deleting then reinstalling Firefox on my ipad I found that all my bookmarks had disappeared. I’ve tried re-syncing bookmarks to no avail, and tried to follow instructions to find my profile (‘about:profiles’, enter) but just reverts back to the same page so can’t progress, tried settings/troubleshooting but no sign of my profile folder let alone ‘Application Basics’. Are my bookmarks permanently gone? Any advice would be much appreciated (I should say I’m not the most computer literate so very probably there’s something I’m not doing right!) - many thanks, Cheryl.

I typed my question in the subject line. I want to use Firefox on my new iPhone and can’t seem to download without using the App Store. Is there any way? Goggle is all over my Apple when I want to be on line Thanks

Hello All, For some unknown reason, the browsers available on Play Store for Nvidia Shield are crap - so far I've not found any that allow me to easily sync bookmarks etc between Shield/PC/Mobile.

I therefore tested and found Opera and Vivaldi sideloaded to my Nvidia Shield TV Pro both worked perfectly.

I wanted to use test Firefox as I was about to use this as my main preferred PC/mobile browser, but first I wanted to check it all worked OK.

I was able to sideload and set up Firefox, but as soon as I open a webpage the Controller stopped working.

How can this be fixed please?

Please don't suggest a browser that's intended for AndroidTV on the Shield Play Store - they are all crap due to the reasons I mentioned, the controller with Right Joysick acting as mouse pounter works perfectly on Opera and Vivaldi, so I don't understand why this it doesn't work on Firefox.

I hope this can be fixed/resolved as I would like to use Firefox as an alternative.

I want to get a Firefox Icon. I recently re-downloaded Firefox but didn't get an Icon on my android phone. Pressing the Icon (prolongingly) didn't work. Please checkout my download if possible and send me an Icon. Thanks,

I recognized Apple charge what browser was required.

I’m having problems with my iPhone 7plus sign in.

I’m unable to gain access to the Apple store to download the Firefox app.

Do you have an support unit that can help problem solve
