I've been using "unload tab" feature in the right click menu a lot, because my device is slow and I like to keep tabs open. (Thank you so much for adding it!) I love that it makes tabs that I unload manually have grey icons, this is super helpful for keeping track of which tabs are processing and which aren't Can you change it or make a setting so that tabs that are not loaded yet (tabs opened by by the "restore tabs when reopening browser" setting for example) are also grey? It would help me keep track of which tabs are loaded and when. In other words, right now it's possible for a tab to have a color icon when it's not loaded, and I want to make that impossible, so I can keep track better.

It looks an update occurred but now my bookmarks Column has a white background with white type. I can't read anything there because its all the same color how do I change the background to black?

I have a problem. At the moment I am running a Firefox version 143 on Linux with different windows. At the top left you can then select which windows you want to use. Only now it has disappeared. You get a home page. I have tried several solutions. Anyway, how do you get the rest back? Thanks.

DAM SERVER ERROR! Every thing I wrote here is now GONE! Is it possible to make sidebar & drop down list LETTERS LARGER? The're tiny, too small to see without he magnifyer. Shrinking the page has no effect on the sidebar or the drop downs which stay tiny I cannot see tiny letters, I have to use the magnifier to see them & that is very awkward.

I recently upgraded from 128esr to 142, and one of the versions changed the tab mute button into a separate button.

How do I change it back to mute button on logo? if it isn't possible, can I remove the mute button

Latest update on Ubuntu force reset the sidebar. Reminder for those that do not want, the process to remove it is:

• Go into about:config in the address bar,
• search for sidebar.revamp,
• set it to false.

I installed the new 140 update, and now when I open the bookmark sidebar, the "Search bookmarks" field is highlighted, and the entire list of bookmarks is darkened to the point that it's pretty much unreadable. This was never the case before. I NEVER use the 'search bookmarks' function. My bookmarks are organized into folders and sorted alphabetically. How can I undo this setting so the sidebar looks like it used to?

This issue appears to be on Pixel Devices and not Samsung. I have a Pixel Tablet & Phone and the status bar above the new Tab Bar is the wrong color. On Samsung the status bar blends in with the rest of Firefox

It seems there is no fix in sight for this. It's been like this for months

hi in a new win 10 instal most text incl Fire Fox and t bird text is made up of letters [font] that are made of thin and thick lines [in the same letter]

i dont know if its a strange font or another problem, i have copied all "font" setting from my other pc where i dont have the problem.

also i cant get spell check to work here dsespite turning it on

its very distracting, would be very gratefull for any suggestones can if any one can help  thanks

Hello, the recent update which changed the positions of the “tabs” and meatball menus, as well as eliminating the homepage button, has made navigating the browser features much less intuitive. The now seeming lack of the option to return to my homepage from an open tab is quite frustrating.

This isn’t a bug or anything, just one long-time user’s experience and opinion. Thank you for your time!

Hello, Since the update on 24 June 2025, bookmarks are displayed in black text on a black background. Is this normal? If not, how can I resolve the issue? I had set it to dark mode, but even when I switched back to light mode, nothing changed. I would appreciate help from the community or Mozilla if anyone has a website address to contact them. Hi guys, after the last Firefox update, the totally ugly shortcut arrows have been added to the website shortcuts! Does anyone know how I can remove these arrows or pins? Who has such an idea? If you can't remove these arrows, I'm afraid I'll have to switch to Chrome. These arrows really annoy me :(
