i cant beleive it mozilla has such [edited] sustomr service that dont help at all total waste of time going through all the faqs and no human to talk to. mozilla needs to improve customer service help section.

I have used TB a long time. It is not now working. I never had a Password? I do have a Mozilla PW (not given here) donated several years ago. This is the story. I got a new phone. Didn't remember my Google PW. The sales man decided to redo my PW. It screwed up Google. Now I get the screen attached. The screen does not work and Thunderbird does not RUN. I get calendar and can write but not send or receive??? Second screeen See attachment. All my mail is via GMail. Perhaps I need to remove TB and reinstall???? Please help this TEXAN in Humble, TX tele <redacted> HELP

Hello, it is impossible sending e-mails from our e-mail accounts and the message that appears is "Two many sending failures". No e-mails have been sent back. Is it possible to remove this block?

I'm trying to make contact with Chihuahua Universe, breeder of a puppy that I'm trying to purchase. But, there is no access to message her, about wot to do next. She mentioned you were making updates to your site & to try again. I have tried several times now!! Please could you help me with this matter, as I'm finding the whole thing extremely frustrating. I don't think that your site is very navigable, I have tried several different ways of finding information I require!!!!!!

I Am Absolutely Loving The Firefox BETA Web Browser Thus Far & All The Different Settings & Security Features Available, But There Is Either A BUG, Or A Feature That Is Just Missing (for whatever reason) That I Feel Is A MUST HAVE Added Feature & NEEDS To Be Added, Implemented, & Supported Immediately For Users With Disabilities Such As Myself. I Am A U.S. Army Combat Veteran & Lost My Hands In Combat Due To An I.E.D (roadside bomb) & I Rely On Voice Texting To Be Able To Send Messages, Search, Stay Connected With My Community & Friends Online, & The Ability To Even Use A Smartphone Device With Relative Ease. The Gboard Functionality & Ease Of Use Along With The Instant Translations Of Languages , & Audio Translation Features Make My Phone Use Pretty Much As Good As Someone Who Has BOTH Of Their Hands Still. I Love Everything About The Extensions & Added Safety Features With Firefox & The BETA Is My GO TO Web Browser From Now On & That Will Doubtfully Ever Change. But, The Missing VOICE TEXT Will Definitely Change That Decision If It Is Not Implemented Soon, I NEED That Feature & Without It Then The Web Browsers Added Security Is Completely Useless For Me, Because I Won't Be Able To Work The Device On My Own Anymore. Tested on different browsers with different phones. Firefox for Android overlays keyboards on top of the webpage instead of resizing the viewport. This partially blocks the view of responsive webpages and most times blocks the view of text input boxes while typing.

Image attached shows how the keyboard is overlaid on top of the end of the footer of the Mozilla website. Last image shows a Chrome screenshot for comparison.

Why Firefox lacks having right click option (context menu) for multiple search engines like Chrome (Chromium browsers) and Edge has somewhat "Chrome-like omnibar in Mozilla Firefox"?

If I am using a certain search engine as default but don't use it all the time or want to use another without changing the default search engine or want to search a term or sentence via any search engine, then Firefox has no such option or addons (yes, checked thoroughly for latter).

Opera has from day one, Vivaldi also has it, Chrome allows it via extensions, Edge does via addons, Brave as chrome does via addons, Naver Whale (South Korean browser, underrated, seriously) has options to put more than 1 search engine for search results.

Why Firefox is seriously so old and outdated and nowhere close to standards of 2024 and 2025?

Can we get a setting that disable the Quick Find feature or at least its keyboard shortcut.

It breaks keyboard shortcuts on multiple sites, as it is often used to select the search bar(Youtube, Github, ...)
