I have been using Outlook Lite to keep my work inbox separate from my personal, I was going to switch over to Thunderbird however I need authorisation from my IT Dept to allow access. What do I need to detail in the request to them in order to quickly / easily get them to process this?

All of a sudden I have had problems getting into my gmail or anything Google through Firefox. I have tried deleting cookies and it would work. Now it will not work at all. What has Firefox done? How can I fix this?

I am migrating from thunderbird flatpak to thunderbird linux repository and the British English dictionary, which is included in the flatpak version, isn't included in the linux repo version.

I can see there are two different British English dictionaries in the "dictionary and language packs" page.

Please can anyone help and tell me which British English dictionary is included in the flatpak thunderbird? I would like to use it with the linux repo version, I like that dictionary.

I have had access to TastyTrade thru FireFox for years. Within the last two days I am unable to log on. When I click on the link the screen goes all white and the page will not open. When using Edge I am able to get logged in but not thru FireFox which is my preferred browser.

You guys did an update that now makes me choose a profile every time I log in. WHY? Keep it simple. I tried to go into Profile and keep it simple. Can you tell me how to go back to reset the old way?

I'm having trouble using the Instagram website in Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy A15 (Android). I can log in successfully, but the website does not work properly after logging in. Some buttons don't respond, pages don't load correctly, and I can't use Instagram normally. I have already tried restarting the browser, clearing the cache, and updating Firefox, but the issue still persists. Please help me resolve this problem.

Was setting up Firefox account and getting VPN and as I was paying with card I got lost trying to enter codes. Can you help me get back on track and help me set up Firefox account and finish setting up paying for VPN?

I just can't get Thunderbird to work. Will not send or receive emails. I had chat gpt help, still nothing. I tried last year when I had windows 10, still didn't work.

Firefox keeps shutting down and it will open up when I tap on the icon. I have to reload it to make it work, It seems like I have to do this everytime I shut the pc.

The email I thought I’d sent isn’t in my sent folder. I saw it being sent. I also tried restoring the sent items folder, but it didn’t work. What should I do? Is there any risk of it being misused?

After months of using FireFox, it stopped and won’t reload.
