One of the best things about Firefox is that i could use other fonts on the website and now I can't. Just stuck with this crappy one.. or tell me how to change it as I have tried..

I added a new Search Engine, however they use different endpoints for the normal search string, and autosuggestion string. As a result, the normal Firefox Focus "Get Search Suggestions" doesn't necessarily work for this engine.

The normal endpoint is /search/?q=%s, but their autosuggestions are at /api/autosuggest?q=s

After many, many years of using and supporting Thunderbird, it is now time to quit. The new update is horrible. I need new email client recommendations. $ is ok. (I'll pay to get away from Thunderbird.) (Searches are a muddled mass of paid/partial reviews) Thanks.

I keep telling thunderbird that messages are not junk, but it keeps putting them back in the Junk folder. The messages come from people in my address book. What the f... is going on? It is extremely annoying. I have been using thunderbird forever. I would have to switch to microsoft software. Please help!

When I open a message in my att.net inbox, thunderbird opens it in a Write window as if I am going to send it instead of just reading it. The From field is my att.net address (poohpah@att.net), The Reply-To field is the sender of the message, and the To field is my att.net account. There is also a yellow box at the bottom of the window that says:

  "A unique identity matching the From address was not found. The message will be sent using the current From field and settings from identity dennis george <poohpah@att.net>"

This does not happen in my gmail.com account - it opens messages normally. Version is 115.4.1 (64-bit)

Hi, I've installed you browser on different devices (Mac and Windows PC). After last upgrade I've a lot of problem. Firefox doesn't work anymore. It crash at the start stopping itself without charging any internet pages. I think the problem was in your last upgrade file, because I ve the same issue both with windows and Mac platform...please help me.

Yesterday my websites would automatically sign me in when FF was started. Now, whenever I start FF, I have to sign into everything! Also, upon first startup of FF, it crashes! What has happened to FF???

My primary email that I used for my FireFox account was discontinued years ago and I no longer have access to it. I need to add my new email address, but the settings will not allow me to until I input the confirmation code that is sent to my discontinued email address. How do I fix this?

Outgoing smtp from Thunderbird has stopped since update. I have reviewed all the documentation and been in contact with my provider and still have been unable to resolve the problem. I am very frustrated with this issue. I attempted the SSL/TLS reversion back to version 1 and this did not help.

I have tried changing the port number to that suggested my my provider which for outgoing is supposed to be 587, although 24 has always worked. They also suggested changing the server name to mail.twc.com which did not work. They suggested the full email in the User Name field, which I did with various combinations of port numbers and server names and none have worked.

When I attempt to send I get the following error: The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp-server.rochester.rr.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

When I use changed settings as described above I just get a timed out error as though there is no connection at all.

Maybe I'm using the most recent version, but there is no ADVANCED option under MESSAGE STORAGE as per all instructions. I need to have a Global Inbox for all the email accounts I have combined. Help needd urgently.

i keep typing my issue that i want help with and you keep bringing me back to this page but offer no resolution to my issue. i simply want to know how to RESOLVE the data breaches thta firefox found . when i click on the link RESOLVE DATA BREACHES and it asks me for the email concerned and then says i need to log in to my firefox account. it simply repeats that it found 4 data breaches in one of my emails. but does not give directions of HOW to remove./resolve these breaches. so i am still left with the four data breaches. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I SHOULD RESOLVE THE DATA BREACH ISSUE.

I am trying to have a biometric authorization with touch ID on Mac, and it says on the website that the option should pop up when i go to the password settings, but it doesn't, and I don't know how to do it otherwise, or if I should use an extension for example. I find this feature very useful to keep my infos private! Thank you in advance and have a good day!

I had an email [edited] @drowlin.tech which I no longer use. It was connected to a firefox account, which is now redundant. The email I now use is [edited] @gmail.com. I have tried to get the account closed, but security checks have prevented me from doing so. The same for the email [edited] @yahoo.co.uk, the firefox account it is connected to, is also redundant.

     Any help to close these accounts would be much appreciated.

Another problem I have is I had two aliases [edited] @relay.firefox.com and [edited] @relay.firefox.com used in an early version of Monitor both of which I want to discontinue. In August I stopped being able to send out emails through Thunderbird, but I still was getting incoming mail. My family are all computer nerds but they couldn't figure it out. I talked to the Spectrum Help and they figured out what changes to make in the Thunderbird settings for port numbers to make the new version work, but there was one last change they couldn't manage. They figured out that there needs to be a place in the Thunderbird settings to put in my Spectrum password, for incoming mail. There is one for outgoing mail (the choices were to put in the password or to click on "not necessary", and I used "not necessary") but there is no choice for incoming mail. With the changes they made, I can no longer get incoming or outgoing mail, so I have had to use the Spectrum website to manage the email and it is absolutely horrible, limited, disorganized and very, very slow. I desperately need to fix this. I need to talk to someone in real time, but I can't find a phone number on your website. Why is there no resolution to the problem so many of us are experiencing? Thunderbird just QUIT downloading email. I lost 20 folders full of data from older emails that I can never recoup. And Thunderbird still won't work. We all need answers NOW!!!!!! Really funny that there is a link at the bottom to email me when there is an answer!!!!

Hello, When I read and delete messages on my android phone (android12) they do not show as read or deleted on my laptop and vice versa. Email is Gmail on both, laptop on win 11 and Thunderbird, phone also on Thunderbird. Any help appreciated Thanks

I haven't been using Firefox for awhile since i lost my old laptop and phone (to be exact its 4 years or so) and now im back on using it, but i was unable to log in to this exact account at first since this what was prompted when i try to use my password (image one), i did try ask for a password recovery which the same error appeared but for some weird reason after trying it on the mobile version it let me use the google login and im able to get access to it. but it still wont let me change password, add passkey or add 2FA. is this some weird issue going on or am i missing an email or something??

There is someone continusouly trying to log-into my email address. But I do not know where this is coming from.

Help please....to find out who or where this is coming from.
