On all windows in Firefox, both normal and private, I get what looks like brushstrokes over the text. Generally they disappear when I move the cursor, but they also appear and disappear without mouse moves. I have the same extensions running on other PC's but don't get this happening, only on this newly-built PC. Using Windows 11 version 22H2, Firefox ESR 115.4.0 64-bit. In the sample the brushstroke shows about 80 % down the page. It disappeared after about 30 seconds, and other appeared later. While writing this, the same kind of thing was happening on this page. Extensions Ecosia and Ghostery.

'Recently updated to TB Ver 115.2.2 and certain older emails won't open(13:20-15:04)? Newer email do open(16:09)...? Total of 7 emails can't be viewed...? Peculiar that the attached screenshot shows 15:04 email time stamp, but the header shows 09:06?

its Mojtaba Dear i installed ThunderBird Email program , very good prgrma and i enjoy it but i have a problem when i want make new email it seem not work good before i used "Windows Live Mail " for example when you want import a table from Excel shown with color but in ThunderBird don`t show correct please check attachment photos to clear please guide me , maybe need change in setting or is basic problem

I received a secure email from my bank. The file name is PGPMessage.pdf, which probably tells you all you need to know about it. I can open it with no problem, but when I click the button to "Reply Securely" nothing happens. When I hover over the Reply Securely button, I see a long URL, but preceded by the word "Disabled".

Just to be clear about this - I don't use the PGP/encryption facilities of TB for my own emails, this is just a one-off email I received. And yes, I'm satisfied it's legitimate.

What can I do about this? Is this being caused by FF itself, or an extension? I have attached a picture of my extensions.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

I wrote to you earlier today about a problem i am having with themes.I change themes quite frequently and have a lot of them on my list. After opening and closing the browser once or twice the list of themes no longer shows what each theme looks like. I reset Firefox and the image of each theme reappears. It's quite tedious as i said to have to do this once or twice a day. Is this problem occurring because i have too many themes on the list?. I have turned off all other extensions and the same problem keeps happening. I don't know what to do.

If I check both For at most X days and Until I delete them does it simply indicate the latter supersedes the former up until X days, at which time, messages will be positively removed server side?

screen suddenly so large and can't see the message. how to delete the red circled part to make the message larger so I don't have to scroll to see it. have adjusted the font size, etc. but nothing changes

I have a client that sends a weekly newsletter using a list called news, it work for a long time. now he gets a error news <> is not a valid email address because it is not of the form user@host. You must correct it before sending the email.

It works on my setup, using my email, same version of TB, different domain name but the same server. I tried rename the list to a email address news@domain.com it acts like it sends, but no one gets the email. reninstall TB on his rig, same outcome. haven't had any luck searching for an answer.

can i shut it off this way I do not gnat encryption and i am using Norton a d i also use ccleaner and glary does this have anything to do with it

Good evening I have been using Thunderbird mail for ages, and now suddenly diverse thing don't work anymore: I can't chose my signatures anymore, the language correction does not work anylonger, and when I print things they come out wrong. I asked a question earlier about being blocked from a site that I frequent while using Firefox but not when using Edge. I don't use Edge much but another difference has become apparent. Many of the sites like news sites an information sites seem to take longer to open than they used to on Firefox, I can see little icons going back and forth in the tab at top. Normally this lasts for ten seconds or so then the site I was after appears. I was on Edge and noted that this was not happening. I spent several minutes going back and forth and I definitely have an issue with Firefox. I have Windows 10 running on an old desktop. I use Express VPN I use BitDefender In Firefox I use Adblock Plus, Ghostery, I use Duck Duck search

Do I need a new version of Firefox or what? It says it is up to date 121.0.1 Have been using Firefox for years and not had any issues like these. Mark

My folders have disappeared. They are there when I first open TBird, but immediately vanish. I have checked ALL in view, but if I uncheck then recheck, nothing changes.

When I compose a Twitter reply (desktop) text becomes garbled. If I hit 'Enter' message disappears. It I hit 'Shift' and Enter, cursor returns to beginning of sentence. Apostrophes don't render, at times.

It's as if a 1978 version of a word processor, you can type, but nothing else

Other posts, other websites work beautifully. v119.0, but has done this on every version, every configuration

This solution doesn't work for Thunderbird 102.11.0 because there is no OTHER WRITING SYSTEMS. I have set LATIN on font and size, composition is set to HTML. Variable width is set, but if I change this to a specific font, it still shows something different than the font I've used to compose, so it doesn't seem to help.

Sent files show Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Why is it so hard? I want my sent files to look like my composed files as much as possible. For example, if I use a serif font to compose, I want a similar or, if available, identical serif font, for readers if they use HTML as well. Thx in advance.
