New emails are not showing in the inbox (oddly the one from my Firefox login is). The count of unread messages is going up, but they don't show up in the list.

They are there if I search, and the search does say that they are in the inbox.

logins.json.corrupt - Lost passwords

Lost power. Computer shut down. Reopened Firefox and no passwords. Looked in profile and there are 4 files logins.json.corrupt (149 kb) all created today at same time and… (read more)

Lost power. Computer shut down. Reopened Firefox and no passwords. Looked in profile and there are 4 files logins.json.corrupt (149 kb) all created today at same time and 1 file logins.json (2 kb). I ASSUME my passwords are in the 149KB json file? If I delete logins.json (2kb) and rename one of the 149KB to logins.json, when I reopen firefox, it just does it again: renames logins.json to logins.json.corrupt (149kb) and creates a new logins.json (2kb). Is there anyway to recover these passwords? Windows 7 Latest version of firefox

Thanks for improving Thunderbird!

I very much like the new card view! However, I am missing the small green unread-button, that I also use to change the status of the mail in the table view. As I use the unread status to sort mails and keep mails up on the list. To quickly change the read status back is part of my way of organising my work. Of course there is a menu and a context menu but all this requires more moves. Can I customise what I can see and interact with on a card?

Firefox seems to crash repeatedly and generates no crash reports, just freezes up my pc. It works in troubleshooting mode but even after refreshing, the problem persists. Surprisingly, it will consistently crash if I go to `about:support` (except in troubleshooting mode). Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, I have recently updated to 91.1.1 (32 bit) and now cannot see BCC recipients in the Sent box, for emails sent to Lists comprising some 20+ email addresses. I did not have the problem with the previous versions I had been using for ages. I look forward to a solution. Many thanks, Ian Anthony

When I attempt to send replies or new emails I will occassionally get an error message asking me to re-enter my password. I will the try sending the message again, and the second - or third - time it will go through even though I have not done anything to reneter or change the password.

Please help me bring up my home page for channels. I was downloading Amazon kids and it was loading so I left the room for about 10 minutes. I came back and the screensaver was so I clicked round button on remote. Nothing happened so I checked cables they seemed fine. So I turned off tv and on again and a blue line came up at the bottom of the screen.

Hi. I have always taken a daily copy of my .thunderbird directory and am convinced I've been able to copy this back a day or two later, if I've mistakenly deleted something. Now it seems, whether I back up the .thunderbird directory or simply the profile file, when it's copied back, Thunderbird reverts to the current contents, as if the data is being stored elsewhere ! What am I doing wrong please? TIA.

This afternoon I downloaded a game from GoG. Since then, Firefox will not load any pages. I have reinstalled Firefox;when that didn't work I tried the refresh button, but that didn't work either. I have shut my laptop completely down and waited, then started it again, and I have just restarted it. None of this has made any difference.

I also uninstalled GoG.

How can I make Firefox work again?

91.3.1 is an unmitigated disaster putting me into the dustbin labelled 'unproductive'.

I have used Thunderbird for decades (can it be that long?) and have meticulously setup and used the program for ALL of my work and personal emails i.e. full dependency; with never any issues or downtime on all updates until now.

After the latest update it is literally unusable.

I tried every trick known to man and to Google and to no avail i.e. removed add-ons, shift start, uninstall/reinstall etc, etc.

Thunderbird 91.3.1 is for unfathomable reasons...finally broken.

W10 version used is 21H1 (OS build 19043.1348)

I'm politely requesting that this issue be sorted out...

Hi, I hope you can help me please with this issue that popped up today. The email server to which I have been connecting with Thunderbird had a certificate change yesterday. This happens every year and no problem has occurred before. Today with the first send of email with the new certificate Thunderbird warned of the issue and after accepting the certificate exception it successfully sent the email but produced the following error message. "Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors." With option to retry, save (locally) or Don't Save.

I tried removing the certificate from Thunderbird and trying again. Rebooting. Disabled Defender email filters for the smtp server all to no avail.

Running upon Windows 10 Professional, Thunderbird 91.3.2 (32-bit)

The email server is Exim 4 upon Debian Linux. Thanks for any help you can give on this. Regards Patrick

I have a problem with thunderbird crashing every time I enter settings. Ver. 91.3.2 x64

When browsing emails it crashes occasionally, not a big deal, but every time I enter the settings menu it displays "not responding" and starts to "eat" RAM. Goes up to 4GB and makes my processor go to 100%. I can enter account settings with no problem and everything else. But not the settings. Tried even in safe mode - no change. This started to happen after 91.x.x update.

I have very important emails and data in thunderbird,and using it non-stop.

Can you please help me?
