My mac froze, force quit did not work, unplugged it, turned it back on, all bookmarks were gone and not able to add new ones. Would like to restore old bookmarks and add new ones.

I want to copy my windows Thunderbird profile to Linux but my Profile Directory will not open when I press open directory. I downloaded Thunderbird from the Zorin app store, and it may be a flatpak or something – it won’t tell me now because I have already installed it – but I believe that could be a reason for the directory not opening. Is there a non-PC-literate way of finding out and fixing this?

Hi. I'm taking an online course for HVAC certification. Some test questions require to arrange the answers in a logic sequence. When I try to move the answers up or down, they 'snap back' into the original (wrong) position. Is there a solution to this issue? I'm using FireFox with Linux Mint Cinnamon.

I started a monthly donation to Thunderbird a few hours ago and now I'm thinking it may have been a scam. Not sure, and I have sent an email to your donation email about this. Since I made that donation (and maybe this is a coincidence), I am not able to send any emails. I can compose an email, but there is no "send" button anymore. Can you help me with this? Windows 11 PC using latest Firefox browser.

Suddenly, today, I can no longer sign in to my usual grocery shopping account, which I have been using without problems for many years. Firefox takes me to the home page but, when I try to sign in, the sign in page just keeps reloading and will not allow me to enter a username or password. I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, disabled virus/malware detection, turned off Windows fast start, restarted the PC but it makes no difference. I can sign-in using Chrome with no problem at all.

Yesterday (August 10) I tried logging into my account on Domini Funds (https://uportal.ultimusfundsolutions.com/app/dominifund/#login). My login worked okay, but only half of the site's menu loaded and none of my account data loaded. There was just a white circle with a blue streak orbiting inside. After 60-90 seconds of this display, I aborted the attempt to access my data.

I tried logging into the site again today after I had been prompted to download and use a new version of Firefox. The same result: log-in was successful, but only a partial menu loaded and none of my account data was loaded. The orbiting blue streak ran for 60 seconds before I gave up and aborted.

I then tried to access the site using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and everything displayed as expected. I had a full menu displayed and I could view and interrogate my account data.

I only visit this site 3-4 times a month. My last visit was on August 1. Everything displayed properly then.

I have 4 seperate email addresses in Thunderbird. Only one of them has this problem and I would like to resolve it. When I send an email, the copy goes into "All Files" and not into the "Sent" email; folder. Which setting do I need to change to put it right please?

A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.

I have my settings set to open PDF files in Adobe Acrobat, but the latest version of Firefox has started opening them in their own viewer, which is NOT near as useful, and I then have to download it to open in Acrobat like I used to do. Why? Is there any way to fix it back?

I've done EVERYTHING.

New install of latest version. edited profile to point to saved data on USB external drive DELETED every instance of lock files terminated task numerous times. rebooted 3 times...

What now???

После этого в мозилле не прогружается полностью окно входа на online.sberbank.ru, не видно содержимого фреймов (сейчас попробую сделать скриншот). В Microsoft Edge работа нормальная. Удаление сертификатов, перезапуск браузера и компьютера не помогли. На других компьютерах ещё не проверял. Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, что можно сделать. Windows 10, Firefox 153.0.3 (64-разрядный).
