I am trying to activate new version of firefox ( mozilla) So what must I do do get on with it?

The "Comments" section in UK Papers does not show "Commenta". I therefore cannot send comments. "Explorer" does show and allow comments.

I tried everything I could find and still no luck. Read firefox stores 15 prior session setting to restore from and they are nowhere to be found. I'm at a lose on how to move forward. First firefox did it and was able to recover a couple of weeks ago, now windows update did it!

I've used Firefox for 10-15 years but recently it started not opening some web pages on corporate websites, which I assumed was a problem with the site. When I told my techs, they tried the sites from other browsers they use and it was working fine. So I tried from my laptop (it's 4 months old, Windows 11) using MS Edge and no problem, previously blocked sites now working. I've scanned Firefox settings but can't resolve. Any suggestions?

No accurate topic in the ddlb, so picked this.
I've bought from an ecommerce site for years, using FF as my browser. Suddenly, over the last couple of weeks, I can't get to, receiving a 503 error message.
I can still get to the site on Edge, but I don't wish to use it or Chrome for ecommerce. Either they or you broke something. What needs to be done?

I hard shut down my laptop and when I re-opened it, Firefox seemed to have reset itself completely. My profiles were gone, my bookmarks are still present but their icons are missing, my background is missing, my extensions un-pinned, and -- naturally -- all of my tabs were closed. My original profile is completely gone, which kind of sucks, because it was pretty personalized. I think even my preference settings reversed themselves, because it tried to show me the AI chatbot on the sidebar, which I had turned off. I figured at first that it was a matter of spotty connection, because I was using my phone's hotspot at the time, but I'm now back with a solid wi-fi connection, and everything is still acting strangely. Help? How do I get my original profile back in its proper form, if possible? Or, at least, the icons to show back up on my bookmarks? I have turned everything off and back on again, as it were.

I have tried from bookmarks and from directly from the site, I have tried rebooting my system and clearing my cache. I have been using Fire Fox since Win XP. I suspect it has been "improved" to the point of being unusable.
