When I down load my bank statements in (PDF) they are not readable. To get aropund this issue, I have to use Google. What I see when I try to open the PDF i get a BLACK screen and key board is locked up. To escape I do a Ctrl,Alt,Delete. This has been going on for some 5 to 6 months. When i contacted my bank they sugggested using another browser. There are other problems which have crept up, but I get around by using Google.

It appears that Microsoft Stream's new screen recording feature from browser either doesn't work in Firefox, or Microsoft has blocked usage in Firefox. No attempt is made to gain browser screen-recording permissions for the site prior to the following error message appearing.

And once again Mozilla managed to break with Firefox CSS scripts! (V131.x) The one thing that guaranteed always works with every update is that something doesn't work! The constant updates and the resulting "verschlimmbessern" until nothing works in a more. With every update there is another plug-in that doesn't work or has not been updated anymore as well.

V 130.x Outkick.com page does not load only a little bit of unformatted text. Foxweather.com images are huge page doesn't load completely. PG&E.com does not load billing information, blank page. Just to mention a few...

I have stopped recommending my clients Firefox I will no longer install it.

when opening o365 and open a PDF attachment that was fillable, I cannot view the filled in texts, unless i download the file and view with my default PDF viewer., even doing preview i cannot see the filled in portions of the document. I can view on Chrome and Edge and outlook app on my PC. I have attached a jpeg for your viewing, if you look at top part it shows what i get in Firefox, the bottom is with any other browser or office app. I am using windows 10 and the latest browser Firefox.

I get this popup all the time especially during my emails. Password required - Mozilla Thunderbird. Please enter your primary password. How do you get rid of this? I don't get emails and this appears during my use of applications. I have an Apple.

So I have Thunderbird which came with my Mint 22 install. My issue is that I imported my contacts (cvs) from Outlook into my personal contact folder. However, when I try to compose an email it can't seem to find the person I'm looking to message. I set my personal folder as default but it still won't work. I love Thunderbird but if it's going to be a problem sending emails then it's useless to me. Can someone please help me with this.

I cannot send messages outside my organization I receive the following message

Incoming messages are being replaced by a line of text as follows:

It does not affect all messages and seems to arrive at random.

After installing Thunderbird, I cannot see my inbox email after completing Setting Up Existing Email. I have I put in the account password, email address and full name and click Done under Account Set UP. I receive a message in a yellow box saying the server is not recognized. I am trying to install Thuderbird on a Windows 11 computer.

I have checked all the message boards for information, but the problem is not addressed.

I have logged onto to gmail to verfiy Thunderbird, and followed install directions on You Tube.

Not seeing certain folders in Inbox. I see the sbc file in a subfodler of inbox but it is named

C:\Users\Nannette\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\h71k16zu.default\ImapMail\mail.liherald-1.com\INBOX.sbd\be4e36cc.sbd

Should there be a folder in Thunderbird under Inbox with the name be4e36cc or does it show in Thunderbird differently?

Also have had problem deleting certain folders under Local Folders- Trash but they come back and duplicate, any idea

Hello! Please tell me where is the email in the user folder? There is a script that should connect to computers and extract mail from them. I tried it in file 'Inbox' and file 'Sent', but there is no uniformity and on other computers the email may not be in the specified places. Is there a common unchangeable place in the profile folder where the email is stored?

I have downloaded the new Thunderbird and not I cannot get or send email for my Spectrum Roadrunner account. Spectrum is not help at all. I am not sure what server name to use. Spectrum is IMAP type. I have all the right port numbers. I am using mail.rochester.rr.com and smtp.rochester.rr.com but I cannot receive or send email. Please help with my set up. I love Thunderbird.

how do I return to my old profile. all my subfolders were in it and the latest version shows email from 2012 on top and all my add ons are gone. This is terrible and has created a HUGE problem.
