I have recently migrated back to Firefox from Chrome. I followed the instructions to import my bookmarks and forgot that I was logged into my work chrome account, so those bookmarks were imported. When I followed the same procedure using my personal google account, the procedure did not work. Is there a way to import bookmarks from multiple google accounts into Firefox? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This question needs an updated answer. I cannot find this setting, yet it still works on an old Thunderbird installation.

hi, whoever reads this. I've noticed a problem recently in some websites where certain elements (e.g. logos and icons) completely disappear and get replaced by strings of text, which I'm assuming is the code that is used to create them. Usually, it's just one icon, typically a search or menu icon, but there have been more drastic cases, such as the screenshot of the Encyclopaedia Britannica website that I attached. Notice that many buttons, while still functional, are covered with strange text. One thing I'm suspecting is that I intentionally or inadvertently disabled an element (or something of that sort, sorry for my ignorance in the specificities) ages ago that was supposed to make these work, but I don't remember what I disabled, if I ever did. But other than that, I have no clue what causes this. In Tor, where I don't have an account and never interfered with the setup or settings, everything seems to work just fine; the buttons are right there. Hope someone can be of help.

Hello guys, I'm aware that Firefox runs multiple processes in the background, which I understand is corresponding to multiple tabs in my browser. But recently I noticed that even if I have just one tab open, there are 7 instances of firefox processes running in my task manager. I even installed a fresh copy of firefox, but it's still happening and the disk usage shoots upto 100%. Any solutions or suggestions on this? Thanks in advance! ☺️
The name and password are correct, but the android cannot log in. I deleted cookies and disabled protection, but nothing helped.
How can we help? . . . Fix this so we can use the Firefox Browser of course!
for work

Hello Every time I launch Thunderbird v78.9.0 (64-bit) I get the pop up about making Thunderbird the default. If I click on set as default and then close Thunderbird the same pop up will come up.
If I go to Tools > Options > General > System Integration > Check Now. The E-Mail is un-ticked. If I tick it and click set as default I still get the same problem.

Having issues with Thunderbird email login on my desktop computer. Here’s what happens:
I open Thunderbird, using the icon on my desktop. Typically, this would bring me directly to my email account. Instead, I receive this message:
Enter your password for rexahall@bellsouth.net on inbound.att.net:
At that point, I enter my email password. While it is attempting to connect, this message shows at the bottom of the Thunderbird screen:
Host contacted. Sending login information.
After a lengthy wait, I receive this message:
Sending of password for user rexahall@bellsouth.net did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: Server error - Please try again later.
I have been trying again later for several days.
I set up a new account through Yahoo, using my original email ID and password, and loaded the Yahoo App on my tablet. This worked to gain access to email on my tablet.
Do you have suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I use https://www.swapadvd.com/ (https://www.swapadvd.com/members/my_lists/wish_list.php). In the past, Over time the site logs me out but when I return, it logs me back in. Lately, when I return it tries to log me in but it then loops. Clearing all site data seems to eventually stop the loop. But I have no idea which site is storing the data that causes the loop. Is there some way to determine the problem site so I can block it from storing site data? Or automatically delete all site data? Rick Grayson [email]@sbcglobal.net

Every time I close Firefox windows, I'm logged out of all websites I had been logged in to. This doesn't happen automatically at a certain point in time, it only happens when I close all windows. I already tried the about:config thing that was in the solution for another person who had a similar problem, but it didn't work. This has been going on for about a month or two now.
