When trying to update Firefox on my Linux Mint system, I saw this in settings:

Updates disabled by your system administrator. Well, I am the administrator. I checked and I have administrator privilege, and I would not have disabled updates. How to I convey that to Firefox so I can update my browser?

When I just went on Mozilla it said that my account was not active and took me to a page that said 400 error. It didn't look right so I hit on it and it took me to Mozilla page and the message saying my account was not active was gone. I feel like I am getting directed to fake pages.

I've been trying to make an addon unremovable on android, but android firefox doesn't seem to have Policies like the main version, and I was wondering if there was a way to do remove the "manage/remove" option on mobile?

Windvine Content Description Module updated - problem fixed. I had alternately disabled both Windvine and OpenH264 Video Codex, closed and restarted FireFox with no success. This AM, I updated Windvine, closed and reopened FireFox. Amazon Prime video now works very well. Thanks for your trouble shooting tips ! Hello. I am using 2 email accounts in Office365 and I am using Thinderbird. I can send emails from one email account which is on the Office365, but can´t send any emails from another Office365 account in Thinderbird. Settings of the SMTP server are just the same for both. I don´t understand the reason. It worked perfectly until this new update of Thinderbird. Could anybody help with a quick solution? Thank you. Katarina

Hello, I'm using Thunderbird Mail version 118.0.2 (64 bit). I have a Microsoft Windows Live Mail account that has hundreds of emails and folders that I'd like to import into Thunderbird. My question of course is, how do I do this without loosing any of my emails? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

...Desktop site option setting does not stick! After switching tabs for 5 mins, it changes back to mobile site view & I HAVE TO X out of tab, reopen it, & check desktop site again! You can't just reset the desktop site option on & off either, doesn't work. You MUST X out the tab & start all over. ...It's a real pia! In older versions it always worked, always defaulted even days later! However, NOT in the last few versions, why can't it still currently work now? It should! ...And god for bid you find any real support! And probably won't get it here either. ...."IS" there ANY real, live support around here? A developer email? Anything??? All of a sudden, when I create a new email or respond to one, the "send button" disappeared. I tried right clicking the menu bar at the top of the email screen and it takes me to the customize screen but the button for send is missing. Where is it?

Hi, I use google chrome for work and firefox for personal use. I did not want firefox to import my bookmarks from Googe Chrome but somehow it did. Do I have to remove these bookmarks one at a time? And how do I prevent this from happening again?

When I try to watch a movie (on website flixhq.to) it gives me error code 232011 and then i change the server my subtitles don't work. I tried different websites but the same thing happens. I've done all the troubleshoot methods possible. I only have this problem on my laptop, when i use this website on my phone it works properly. I've never had a problem with this website before ,this all started beginning of this month. Someone please help me fix this!

Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.

Hello So to make long story short, since last 3 updates to Firefox i cant log in to my online bak account ,and yeah i can log to it on Chrome, windows shit show browser... so well .. can You fix it ? Or shall i just switch browser ? As everything have been working fine before, and i have been happy using You www browser till now...acctualy till i install Firefox update :P

Please save me advices like : - did you try reset you PC ? - did you delete you cookies ? - did you reinstall you windows 7/10/11 - did you clean you keyboard - what's it's you PC hardware condition ? - did You take shower today ? - did you check what's You gender ? - did you reinstall Firefox ?
