On a new computer, I entered a new Mozilla password, and Mozilla on new computer won't sync with my old bookmarks, which still are on old computer.

Sync doesn't add these bookmarks.

Both computers now sign in with new PW. I can't go back to old PW (doesn't have current standards).

How to get sync to work, and get my bookmarks on new computer?

I was thinking use clear data to free up some space for my storage, so I sync with sync 0 min ago display. I log back in, everything disappear. Little stressed. Anyway to get back my data?

Other info: Before press sync, did display sync 3 min ago, after press sync, display sync 0 min ago

Account only use on Android, doesn't sync to other device

I reinstalled my pc and when I log back my firefox browser, I can sync everything back, but not the content in my Notes extension, I really need that and can anyone help me how to recover those notes?

ESET advised me to change my Facebook password. I decided to accept a randomly generated password so I can't remember it - I had to manually edit it in Firefox Password Manager on my desktop. I have reinstalled Firefox on my Android phone and successfully SYNCed it to the desktop, but Facebook keeps trying to use the old password.

I think Firefox won’t load because I have duck duck go on iOS. I am trying to perform the sync option offered by Firefox. I am unable to use the camera within the app for the QR code but duck duck go comes up. What should I do next?

Desktop browser sync prompt is wrong: Menu -> tap Sync and save data -> tap Ready to Scan -> scan desktop Firefox QR code -> Pairing unsuccessful. Try again. OK

Here's the correct steps: Sync your Firefox experience -> tap I already have Firefox for mobile -> tap Continue -> Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet -> open Firefox 144.1 (62735) on phone -> tap Menu (3 dots at bottom) -> tap Settings -> tap Sync Now -> desktop Firefox -> open new Tab -> Bookmarks appear -> right click Import bookmarks from another browser to Firefox -> tap Remove from Toolbar.

I use Firefox as my default browser for my PC, Mac and Android phone. Suddenly, all of my bookmarks and home screen shortcuts have disappeared... I'm guessing after an update. I'm also guessing I'm not the first person with this issue I have tried syncing multiple times as well as uninstall and reinstall... Nothing, they are all gone. They are all still there on my PC versions. Can't find any tab for bookmark backups, Can you help me get these back?

When I choose add new device the website displays 2 choices: mobile with installed Firefox app or need to download the app.

I chosed mobile with installed app then the website return to this main page without show the QR to scan from app.

Now, I logged in using email on my Android mobile and failed to sync my web browser profile..

After Installing new system on my laptop and singing in to my Mozilla account nothing was restored from it. Everything is empty as it is completely new account but I created this one few years back and never had a problem with a sync. Hopefully it will be restored since I had large amount of important bookmarks. If you can check and resolve it please. Thank you.

I will be 99 years old trying to do what you say i must but there is no sign in

I think Firefox would be great if i ever somehow manage to go here do this do that.

And I CANT SUBMIT THIS with tapping the SUBMIT KEY 50 times so far

sync between Android pad and Win desktop only works occasionally. says "last sync nn hours ago" for a long time but then syncs regularly. this used to work in earlier versions

I've recently upgraded from an a34 to an a56, both phones running the same build of Firefox, both signed into my account however the old phone can see the tabs of my laptop and the new phone, the new phone can't see anything. I'd like to be able to port the tabs over ideally.

Also of note is the tab view is totally different between the two phones in layout too.

I'm at a loss as to how I can painlessly move over the tabs.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm recovering an older Firefox Sync Account. I can login on https://accounts.firefox.com. My password is valid. I cannot login within Firefox (activating Sync). It simply does not continue - After entering the E-Mail-Address and clicking the Button "Sign up or sign in". The browser network debug show no (obvious) communication error.

Please advise.
