Noticed the bookmarks error message at the top of the browser page then looked to find they were gone, no troubleshooting methods have worked and I don't seem to have any backup files. Bookmark manager is blank and there are no selectable options?

On my Firefox I have click something and choose Copilot. What I did have remove Chatgpt and enable Copilot. I want to have Chatgpt back but I cannot enabled. Please help?

I just got a new Dell Windows 11 desktop PC to replace my old Dell Windows 10 PC. Since switching, there are three sites that will absolutely not load the homepage: Paypal, Venmo, and Common Dreams (which is a news site). The same sites continue to load instantly on my old Windows 10 PC in Firefox, and on the new Windows 11 PC on Edge. Firefox is the only browser I use, I just use Edge to test sites, I uninstalled Chrome because of Google's privacy and AI issues.

In the lower left corner of the window for these three sites are the following messages, for the three respective sites:

• Waiting for www.paypalobjects.com...

• Sending request to jssdks.mparticle.com...

• Waiting for www.commondreams.org...

What's going on here? Seems strange that Firefox continues to behave normally on Windows 11 for all sites except these three, and works perfectly for these three sites on my Windows 10 PC. How can I further troubleshoot and fix this? I don't want to have to use Edge to visit these three sites, esp. Paypal and Venmo.

I'm guessing it has something to do with cache or history but am not sure how to proceed...

Hi, I use Firefox as a primary browser on multiple PCs, so want it to remember a couple of addresses & payment methods for easy daily useage. However, I also access one business domain & when using that website only, I don't want Firefox to offer/remember/anything when it comes to addresses (which will be customer addresses) or payment details (again, for customers). Other autofill, like suggestions for some form fields would ideally still work.

Is there are way to make one domain exempt from address & payment saving/retrieval?

Firefox: When printing out - or saving onto PDF - a website, its URL is placed in the footer or the header, depending of the settings. Unfortunately, when the URL is longer than half of the width of the printed page, it is truncated. How to avoid this truncation?

I have a profile that I had copied from my main profile, which is connected to an email and synced. This second profile is unsynced, and it won't let me sign into my account because that account is connected to the main profile. It says I need a separate account for a separate profile. Fair enough. I try to make an account. It says I cannot sign in to the new account because the profile is synced to the old one. Very annoying to be given instructions that don't work. So, I make a new profile and sign in to my new account on it. It works. But now I don't have my bookmarks and passwords. So I find instructions on backing up my account and copy my secondary profile into the new profile with the new account. It logs me out and is now giving me the same error! (the backup was successful though) I don't want to have to copy and paste all of my passwords and things into a new account. Is there any way to make my secondary profile syncable?

On outlook.com sign in with password does not work. It gives "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in." Works fine in edge.

To whom it may concern,

After the latest update I was met with a blank profile, no saved data, even when syncing with my Mozilla Account. I followed the back-up instructions by the support team described in the forums, but it wasn't enough. Common sites I frequent like youtube and gmail were not indexed, the passwords and logins were nowhere to be found. I really don't get what's going on, or why would the Mozilla Account wouldn't recover the data, while leaving that to profiles. Is there any way to recover it further? Or even disable profiles?

for about 8 years now, on and off, on hundreds of OS-es, clean installs of firefox etc. sometimes - not always - typing into the firefox search bar and pressing enter does nothing

i have bit-warden, u-block-origin and stylus installed (but they shouldn't be running on the 'new-tab-page' - is my firefox sync-profile containing some firefox-breaking-errors? (latest Win-11)

My IT department did a reinstallation of my laptop and previously to that checked the sync in firefox so everything were ok. now when logged in i am missing everything. can you please help me get back all my bookmarks. how shall i do ?
