Xfinity streaming works on Chrome and Safari but it stopped working on Firefox a few days ago. Why? I am using the latest Firefox version 140.0.4 (64 bit) and I can only receive my emails. The connection to the streaming service does not open. The Xfinity logo just sits there spinning and no connection. Please fix this. I much prefer Firefox to other browsers BUT....

I am logging in to my browser as normal, but am still getting the notification "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet". This is cutting me off from regular internet access as if I was not logged in.

Hello, I'm reporting this issue for the 2nd time in as many days because it appeared to have corrected itself late yesterday, but is back again today.

In a nutshell, installing the new Firefox 141.0 update conflicts with the Reddit login procedure making it impossible to do so. Here is the issue as reported yesterday for more detail:

I followed the suggestions I was given, i.e. to try logging in at the Old Reddit site (https://old.reddit.com/r/firefox/) and to disable my Adblock Plus extension, neither of which worked.

BTW, I tried logging into Reddit using another browser and it works fine.

So I performed another System Restore to eliminate the Firefox 141.0 update, then went into Firefox Settings and disabled "Automatically install updates", and can log into Reddit again with no problem.

Firefox is my preferred browser and Reddit is my preferred social media site, so I'll have to stop updating Firefox from this point on unless and until the developers correct the issue, or someone can provide insight into what's causing this and what to do about it.

Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla.

Once such a crash occurs, I close Firefox. Reopening it results in a crash shortly after all tabs open and I click on something (usually 3 or 4 tabs are open). No matter how many times I let Firefox close and then I reopen it, the crash recurs. The only recovery is a complete reboot of my PC.

How can I get and submit crash reports to support in hopes of getting a resolution?

After upgrading to Firefox 140, I can no longer use the down arrow to quickly select a different search engine.

For example, if I want to search for something on Wikipedia instead of my default DuckDuckGo, I used to just type the search term, press the down arrow twice and hit enter. If I wanted to search for a youtube video, I'd hit the down arrow three times, etc. The selector for different search engines in the address bar seems to have changed in a way that no longer allows this sort of quick and easy keyboard-only method. Is there a way to re-enable the use of up and down arrows to quickly select a different search engine?

Hi I cannot find any way to scan an URL QR code directly from Firefox. I expected that a QR code icon would appear when i tap the address bar, but I can't find such icon...

Of course, I checked the settings: camera is enabled in Firefox settings and QR code scanning is enabled in system settings.

Is there any way to scan QR codes directly from Firefox settings?

I use the latest version of both Firefox (146.1 (65627)) and iOS (iOS 26.3 (23D5089e)) iOS is a beta version... Could this be the reason why...

My name is Mohammad Kamal Borojerde, and I’m experiencing serious ongoing security issues while using Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a delivery driver working for Deliveroo, and my device is being targeted through remote hacking methods. I suspect that some malicious actors are using apps I’m not aware of to interfere with my internet, GPS location, and even stop delivery tasks that the company sends to my phone. This has significantly affected both my work and personal life.

Despite installing multiple security applications including McAfee (Reference No: 03203372) and Bitdefender (Reference No: 1010231778), my browsing remains unsecure, and settings keep getting changed or disabled without my consent. I believe attackers are also bypassing or disabling Firefox protections on my phone.

I kindly request Firefox’s security team to investigate this matter seriously. If possible, please help me: 1. Lock down or secure my Firefox browser fully. 2. Review any unusual activity linked to my device/browser. 3. Suggest any specific configuration settings that can protect me against remote access or phishing.

I would like to set up Firefox on my iPhone together with DuckDuckGo as the default search engine. My goal is to improve both privacy and browsing performance while making sure I can adjust content settings (SafeSearch levels, HTTPS-only, tracking protection, etc.).

Dear Ty: I appreciate your efforts to help me, unfortunately, it did not work. FireFox is still at 115.30.0. Any other thoughts?

I thought there might be some software I could download to spoof the Chase system into thinking Firefox was a later version,
