Unable to sign into outlook.com using either normal password or OAuth2. This has been going on for weeks, but would eventually connect. Now it was been two days since last connection. Any help would be appreciated.

"Your account has been locked for security reasons" I use 2 computers on this account. My home office and a laptop I use on the go. There is nothing that says where I can verify my account. I have 5 Gmail accounts that I have been using in Thunderbird for years. One of them was glitching a lot, so I removed it, then tried to add it back with no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird, which automatically populated with my other four accounts, but still can't reinstall the fifth account. When I enter my account and password, it says "Configuration found in Mozilla ISP database" with a green checkmark. Then it takes me to Google, and shows my correct email address. When I hit Next, I get a 400 error message every time. "The server cannot process the error because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That's all we know." Can anyone help?

I am running version 128.1.1esr (64-bit) on Windows 11.

A few weeks ago one of my email accounts stopped working so after attempts to find and fix the problem I resorted to deleting and recreating the account in Thunderbird.

The account is a hotmail.co.uk account and the server type is "POP Mail Server".

I noticed that there were fewer folders under the account (Inbox, Drafts, Sent and Trash). There may also have been a Junk folder. I thought that perhaps Thunderbird would create any additional folders as and when messages appeared in them, but I have now discovered that I have messages in the Spam folder on the server but they do not appear in Thunderbird.

Please can someone tell me what I have done wrong and how can I fix it.

One thing I noted in the report is the cost of Donation Processing Fees. I'm Canadian and always use Paypal for my donations, but wonder if it would be of more benefit to you if I used an alternative.

Is there another service or credit card that would be a lower cost to you?

I currently use Thunderbird 128.3.1esr (32-bit). I monitor 5 different gmail based accounts from it. The primary issue is that I have removed one account from the "settings : Account Actions " dropdown several times and every time I reboot my windows box the old account returns. A lesser issue but still a distractor is that my Message View Layout returns to the default on the same regular reboot. How can I permanently delete the account??? and if it's a twofer, have my message view choice remain?? Thanks. Bob.

mein Gmail-Konto lässt sich nicht mehr mit Thunderbird verknüpfen. Ich habe das Konto bereits gelöscht und neu hinzugefügt. Es ist immer derselbe Fehler. Das Passwort ist nicht mit dem Server-Ausgang (SMTP) abgestimmt.

Im Anhang befinden sich zwei Screenshots, auf denen Sie den angesprochenen Fehler noch einmal erkennen können.
