No I don't have a any spyware or viruses (I have scanned with 3 different programs) and I have no problems with connecting to the pages with Chrome or Edge.
I'm getting the error messages
Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue
Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to www.amazon.ca because this website requires a secure connection.
Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue
Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to www.ebay.ca. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.
Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to www.google.com because this website requires a secure connection.
Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue
Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to www.google.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
And I get the same warning with Amazon, eBay, my email client Shaw Mail, Google Search, and several other pages that require a login.
Is there anything I can do to fix this as I'm really starting to rethink my preferred web page browser?
