My Teams will not open on my pc laptop. It's tiny icon only flashes, I tried to sign in to microsoft and to the old skype but am told my passwords were compromised in 2024 and am sent to archive.org to change. I do not understand this archive site or what I am to do. Are their any interpreters for those who can't find direction? Thanks so much

I just lost my bookmarks again, it happened a month or so ago as well. Appears to have been due to updates.

I have already followed the recommended ideas of navigating to restore, but there is no date given to restore to.

Just "choose a file comes" up, and that appears to lead nowhere.

I also went about:profiles , and all that was there was the current "cannot be deleted " profile and the option to make a new one, I tried that, it did not restore bookmarks. I need some of tose bookmarks quite badly this time

What more can I do ?

Moved all my email to brand new PC, all working except alicegimbird@hotmail.co.uk , it just keeps coming up " The current operation on Inbox did not succeed. The mail server for alicegimbird@hotmail.co.uk responded Command Error.12.

I have tried to set up a table in Thunderbird but the column width is much too big.

How can I reduce the column width, please?

Hello everyone, I manage 2 email adresses on thunderbird from a specific domain xx@xxxx.com. When i send an email from these adresses, even I have tried different settings to record, it fails. So, my last setting is the original one suggested by the app... but nothing => see image Any idea ? or do you know another way ?

In the last 48 hours I haven't been able to access the following - https://www.co-operativebank.co.uk - they do not appear to be the problem - when I try the link the 'retrying' symbol on the top left of screen (?taskbar), flashes extremely rapidly and it appears the system can't find the website. Are you aware of this issue.

I've been having a number of problems with Thunderbird recently and I'm hoping that deleting and reinstalling the app might help. But I worry that I will lose emails by doing this. I'm also wondering if the numerous folders I've set up will disappear as well. The issues I've been having, by the way, are emails consistently going into the wrong folder and, most recently, constantly being asked for my passwords. (I have emails from four email addresses being downloaded by Thunderbird.) I've had the password issue in years past, but it always seemed to resolve itself.

Hello, I was attempting to send a message to 44 recipients and got the attached error message. I then created a mailing list and attempted sending both as To: and a CC:, and got the same error. My understanding from searching the issue is that Thunderbird has a maximum of 60 recipients allowed, and my provider, northmail.ca, has a maximum of 250 recipients allowed. I cannot figure out what the problem is, or what I am missing. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I am on the latest version of Thunderbird on a Windows 11 computer. Previously with a Windows 10 computer I had no problem spell checking e-mails in French. However with a new Windows 11 laptop the French dictionary although installed shows as not loaded on the dashboard and unsurprisingly does not function. I have restarted both Thunderbird and the laptop. No result. Any advice most welcome.

Knowing that an email message should be kept below the size of 25MB, I was trying to make my attachments smaller than that. Yet when I was sending a message with no text and 1 attachment the size of 21.5MB, I got a warning that I was trying to send a message the size of 29.4MB. Where does this come from?

Example email attached. Mozilla support emails say requests are coming from a windows 10 device but I am on 11. Is this a sign that something is wrong with my account or just a typo?

HI Thunderbird updated on 1/4/26 and as a result I had to sign in to my client again. My emails used to save to IMAP and now they save to POP3 as a result there is nothing at all just the current emails in the inbox. I have googled a fix but they don't work. It has also changed the layout which I can't seem to change back. I was wondering if there is a way to fix everything as I have lost all my emil folders that were saved. Thanks for the help Wayne

When I inadvertently press CTRL + R when entering text, it is VERY frustrating because the window refreshed and I loose all of what I typed! Is there some way to disable the CTRL + R combo so the window does not refresh?
