Starting yesterday, Thunderbird will not let me delete all the junk from my Junk folder. When I right click on it and select Delete, T-bird freezes with NotResponding and I have to restart it. Once I went through and used Delete on the individual files within the Junk Folder. When I restarted T-bird, it had moved all those files to my Inbox - several thousand of them.

Can I simply delete the Junk file at \AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\hxza0a1k.default-release\Mail\mail.aircraftdesign.com? Or would that kill the whole thing?

Any other workaround? I spent 4 hours talking to Network Solutions, they checked all my account settings and said it is all correct.

[email 1 removed]@hotmail.com is old and obsolete. I want [email 2 removed]@live.com to be my primary login. Please delete old account. Thank you.

how do i delete this it shows in area where my email contact s should appear

I think I will just permanently turn off automatic updates because Firefox suggest has just turned itself on again. I want to retain my search and form filling history like I always do but not have it automatically appearing when I am searching something in the search bar. this is a matter of privacy and Firefox still makes the same mistake over and over again. I can't get an IT job but this guy who keeps making the same mistake every time, angering millions of users every update still gets to keep his??? And the most hurtful thing is, we cant even talk to the people who make it directly to tell them they are messing up, I am speaking to a guy who has nothing with making the damn thing, who is probably just going to tell me to delete everything, which defeats the purpose of keeping history on.

I purchased VPN but for some reason it refuses to work on my PC. I have reloaded it several times but to no avail. I have given up and now want my subscription returned.......but how!!! I cannot find a way to do this, I know it's not made simple for obvious commercial reasons, but I will not give up until the money that I paid for something that doesn't work is back in my account. The refresh button in my firefox desktop browser suddenly disappeared. One day the usage was normal, but on the next launch of the browser, there was no refresh button. I currently use the "F5" button to refresh but it would be better to use the button again.

The account dwr50@excite.com is no longer active yet firefox keeps trying to use it to log into things like this support area. How can I get rid of the old email address ?
