With Yahoo's new email format, my page seems to jump while I am trying to respond to an email. Do I need to change any Firefox settings for Yahoo to work correctly, or is this strictly a Yahoo problem?

For about 2 weeks I have been unable to access my Portfolio in Yahoo Finance. I get this message: "There was an error while loading your portfolio data. Please try again."

However, if I load Google Chrome, then go to Yahoo Finance I can get to my Portfolio. I don't prefer how it displays but at least I can see my different folders and their current performance.

Do I have a setting in Firefox that is preventing me from access My Portfolio? I have contacted Yahoo and only got a response that they are working on it and would correct and get back to me. No response and follow up contacts have not gotten even and acknowledgement. I think problem is with Firefox since I can access the Yahoo info that I want thru Google.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do??? Problem started about when you change your Firefox software to it's new display, which I don't like BTW. I had it all set up for the news feeds and arrangements that I used for years and found very accessible. Firefox has always been my default browser but I am finding it increasingly un-user friendly.

For about the past 24 hours when I go to youtube to check out a video - nothing works? I clicked on a video to play, got the sound and no picture. I closed out my browser and I kept getting the audio of the video and had to shut down my computer to stop it. Now when I go to a video nothing works. My cursor disappears when I go to chick on the video and I have to move it off to the side just to see my cursor.

I also use a service (VidIQ) that helps me see the tags on the right hand side of my screen for a video and the channel so that I can compare those tags to my videos that I am uploading.   Now that never load just a spinning dial or object like it is stuck.

I hope that you can get this fixed soon or let me know if there is something that I must do at my end.

Are their any plans anyone knows off to create a version of Firefox that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories.

The current one won't work with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using their online editor - https://bbmo.singularsound.com/ - which forces me to use another browser for that...

Hi, so basically for the past few days my YouTube Premium has randomly stopped showing me my YouTube Music and it refuses to work. The page still loads, it just doesn't play any songs. I've tried reloading the page, checking my internet connection, resetting the browser & computer, clearing cache, deleting cookies, turning off all my extensions, signing out, doing everything I can really think of and it's still not working. When I check on Chrome and on mobile it's perfectly fine, so I have no idea what the issue is. I've tried to see if other people have had this issue as well but they either never got answers or I tried a solution and it didn't work for me. I have the latest version of Firefox as well. Could really use some help, thank you !

I have a Mac Air and it is up to date. and I use Firefox browser which is up to date, but I suddenly cannot access a website to which I have a subscription which is paid up through November. The website is 'Mypilatestime' and now when I try to access it, it states 'forbidden' and is blank. I can access it on Google Chrome but Firefox is my preferred browser. Why can't I access it as usual? Please send a fix ASAP!!

I use Firefox exclusively to access the internet. When I try to sign in to my account at Spectrum.Net, attempt fails and I get the message: 'We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. NETGE-1000.' I have to use Microsoft Edge to get connected. What is the problem?

I’ve been a loyal Firefox user for over 15 years, and it’s been my go-to browser for both personal and work-related tasks. However, recently I’ve encountered persistent issues where several websites—especially work-related ones—have stopped functioning properly. I’ve tried troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, allowing cookies, and disabling tracking protections, but the problems persist.

Reluctantly, I switched to Google Chrome as it currently offers better stability, but it’s been hard to abandon Firefox after so many years. I truly value Mozilla’s mission and privacy-focused approach, and I’d love to return if these issues are addressed.

Could you please look into these compatibility problems? I’d appreciate any guidance or updates on fixes. Thank you for your hard work—I hope to support Firefox again soon.

The Facebook messenger calls are know secured with end-to-end encryption. Only people in this chat can read, listen to, or share them.And Firefox browser will not allow video talking because it is not secured with end to end security. Now I'm having to use google Chrome to video call on messenger calls. Thank You Brian

I use Firefox as my standard browser

As a subscriber to a certain Swiss daily newspaper, I have access to their digital version. For some time now, I have not been able to log in to their site. The log in page is greyed out (see first attachment).

The support agent indicated that the problem lies with the browser, and suggested that I declared their site (https://id.tamedia.ch) as an exception in the Firefox settings "Privacy and Security". The problem still remained however.

That the problem is due to the browser would seem to be confirmed by the fact that there is no problem if I use "Edge" (see second attachment).

I would prefer to remain with Firefox for all internet access. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

I'm seeing a new trend with websites that use cloudflare like restaurant accounts, Ace Hardware, and freecycle.org. Cloudflare either rejects me upon clicking it (freecycle), or it keeps cycling with its checkbox and doesn't do anything else (Hyatt). I contacted freecycle.org and they didn't know the reason. However, I can get through cloudflare using the Chrome browser. Is this fixable, because I really want to stay with Firefox? I am up to date on my drivers, Win10, and Firefox. Thanks!

Hi, It happened just days ago. The NY times does not let me read articles and tells me I am a bot not a human (I am a subscriber) or that someone is using my IP. I tried everything, clearing cache and data for everything, signed in again to no avail. I tried using a VPN to mask the IP... no success I have no problem reading it on Chrome, but I prefer Firefox. Does anyone have more ideas? The agent from NY times I contacted really was no help at all. Thanks

When I click on a link on Firefox / Mozilla I get a "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at ad.doubleclick.net" message. If I do the same on Brave, that doesn't happen, it will show the link that was clicked on. What can or may be the problem? This happens way too often, for example on "Newsmax" links.

Do you have an ongoing inaccessibility issue with Consumer Cellular? With repeatedly unsuccessful attempts trying to access our online account and then calling them, they claimed that "Firefox will not download their website correctly." Why?

They repeatedly and heavily tried to steer us to use Chrome, which is not an option since Chrome is an excessive memory hog and Google is far too nosy. Consumer Cellular, as technical a company as it is, shouldn't have an incompatible issue with you. It is the only company we've ever been given this lame excuse. Perhaps they, like too many other companies, are in bed with Google.

I have 2 sites that will not allow a sign in on Firefox on a HP based PC. The button simply does not function. If I use my Microsoft Surface Pro 8, it works fine. Both websites will work using Edge. I am sure surface is using a different operating system than the PC. I have cleared the browser using CC cleaner and manually in settings of Firefox. I have 2 different PC's with the same issue.

J'ai un bug d'affichage quand j'ouvre INFOMANIAK MAIL sur une page Firefox. Le chargement de la page fonctionne , mais la page et entièrement noire. J'ai essayer de me connecter via GOOGLE CHROME ou EDGE et la page fonctionne normalement. Je suppose donc que le problème vient de Firefox. I have a display bug when I open INFOMANIAK MAIL on a Firefox page. The page load works, but the page is completely black. I tried to connect via GOOGLE CHROME or EDGE and the page works normally. So I guess the problem is with Firefox. Could you tell me where I can file a bug report? Thanks for your help, and good luck ☺

I am using the latest version of Firefox and I can not log on to facebook.com and I get a graphic with Oops somthing went wrong (see image). This has started happening in the last couple of days since I updated Firefox..

I can login in Chrome without a problem I have disabled all add ons My cache has been cleared My history is removed when I exit Firefox. I have not changed any firewall settings.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I enter msn.ca on an open tab, https://www.msn.com/en-ca is displayed in the tab window but no content is displayed. No extensions are enabled.

Works in Edge browser. Also doesn't work with Brave browser
