I am disgusted. I have been trying to sign in and first changed my password, but it still wont let me sign in and says my new password is incorrect. I've wasted almost an hour doing what should be fairly straightforward.

I have used Firefox for many years and have occasionally had log in problems, but never as long as this one. I have been trying to log in to www.homedepot.com for more than two weeks and when I try, nothing happens. Home Depot says it is a Firefox problem....can you help. I have cleared cache and cookies and still have the same problem.

Recently (about a month) I have found I often have to login to my Firefox account in order to access saved passwords etc. Sometimes from one day to the next. It never used to do this. Can't find any setting like "trust this device" or similar to stay logged in.
