Ich habe das Problem, dass ich in einer Anwendung in Firfox die Tasten nicht drücken konnte. Also bin ich auf reparieren gegangen. Jetzt habe ich alle meine Einstellungen verloren! Wie komme ich wieder zurück?

After a usual, recent automatic Firefox update my passwords and other data (bookmarks, history etc) are missing. The update took place around March 4 and on March 10 I used Smart Switch by Samsung to transfer and sinc my phone data on my pc. After this operation I noticed the missing data and all attempts for the various methods to restore data were unsuccessful. Please advice on how to restore passwords etc..

After the last update, I have lost all of my bookmarks!! Why? I am really upset about this. Least of all, this is not acceptable. I had some really important websites in my saved bookmarks that I needed, now I am at square-one. I am not a happy camper. Leave our settings alone.....!! Now, is there any way to get our bookmarks back? What do we do? I really need help - any help, please...... Thank you.

Hi, I unwittingly reset my password without using a recovery key just now. My account had one recovery key in use but I completely forgot where I put it and I overrode it by skim reading through the warning before changing my password because I didn't remember it.

Thing is, prior to performing a clean re-install of my laptop, I didn't backup my appdata folder containing my firefox profile. The latest backup I have is from three months ago. I might be able to lay hands on my recovery key later today, but I need to know whether there is ANY hope of accessing that data on a server somewhere or if it's been wiped, definitively. I'm very upset because I had like a few hundred tabs and bookmarks.

Last night I had an operating system update. Before the OS update, I closed all open apps, including Firefox. In the past, the session I closed the previous evening was restored. But this morning, all my pinned tabs and other open tabs are gone, and Restore Previous Session does not appear as an option on the dropdown menu. Recently Closed Tabs is pretty random, not really helpful. Recently Closed Windows only shows one tab that I opened this morning (probably a mistake on my part). Is there any way for me to retrieve the session from yesterday?

So I am on a Windows Surface. I have been using Firefox. Lately a few times it went wonky and it did it again today where it would open a million windows and I couldn't close them or shut the app down. So I attempted to uninstall it. But it gave me an option to do a Refresh, which I tried but it didn't work. So I had no choice but to uninstall and reinstall it.

That's all well and good. But now I have lost years of bookmarks. DAMN!!!!! This is my work computer and I need to find a way to get all my bookmarks back. Is there a way to do it? Maybe accessing history or something?

I had to use Microsoft Edge to download the new version of Mozilla Firefox so its asking me if I want to transfer my data from Edge. I never use Edge. I like Mozilla Firefox but I am so in trouble if I cannot access all my bookmarks with important pages that I have saved. Darn.

Hello, my password got reset by pour IT department all of my passwords are gone I do have a recovery key but they did not use it how do i get my passwords back where can i add the key code

Question: where can I find a key that has been changed, or when asked is it automatically saved an will appear when needed . Question: I am trying to recover everything-l also need to know (my finger slipped and lost what I was working on) not sure since I lost that info! But I think something like I should tap on user name, and something about a list of keys would appear? I do not remember what I was working on but somehow I think it was important? Recover is taking time but I need a lot to recover.I hope most of what I need to recover if they need a key it will be with (such as contacts!)what I am trying for recover. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me. Sorry for the long rambling but could not see how to shorten the question. I need help with other recovery info...

I recently came home from a trip and when I turned on the computer it started an update and when it finished I no longer had desktop, with the error "windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is inaccessible" followed by "Unknown hard error" . Is there a way I can get my settings from the firefox records anywhere? to get my passwords?

I was using Firefox just fine during the day. My laptop switched off with Firefox still open (was simply doing sth else). When I switched my laptop back on and opened Firefox I was signed out of my account. When I signed back in all my profiles and bookmarks were gone. Is there anyway to fix this issue?
