This is meant as Feedback, not a Bug report (unless others get the same thing). I suspect it can't be reproduced consistently.

Every message (since Mar20) shows a yellow error bar: "Thunderbird thinks this message is Junk mail." [Learn More] [Not Junk] [X] Just as I'm composing this, messages also have inconsistent coloring (picture attached).

Since the message says "Thunderbird...", I'm posting here and not google/gmail. NOTE I just tried the Learn More link and may be able to reset the "learning" so this post may have been unnecessary. Still - an unpleasant experience. I did locate the [Reset training data] in Settings and may have to use that.

BACKGROUND: I migrated from another Mac in January, that seems to be unrelated. I downloaded several apps from the App Store the day before (Mar 19) but those all seem unrelated. Some Mar20 messages are fine.

I'm running Thunderbird 115.9.0 (64-bit) "supernova" and "Thunderbird is up to date" on macOS Ventura 13.6.3

Unable to open this site from Mozilla on Mac book but it opens in safari. What may be the reason?

I have been noticing that Firefox browser is being manipulated to obtain confidential information from users.

Is Firefox doing anything to stop this? The crooks who are most likely military and Others affiliated with the government are surreptitiously accessing US Citizens computers and silently obtaining credit card information, banking, Venmo, Zelle Apple Cash, etc. and ROBBiNG citizens.

This is no joke. is Mozilla doing anything to protect their browsers from these hoodlums and corrupt government officials and there hired contractors?

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

For example: When I'm working on a Washington Post (LATimes) crossword puzzle, the internal link to "settings" doesn't work on Firefox, but it does on Safari.

For example: When I'm on the website for my apartment building, the internal links to "maintenance requests" and "make payments" work on Safari but not on Firefox.

Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.

/moved thread from Firefox for iOS (for iPhone/iPad) to Firefox section for macOS, Windows and Linux.

Every time Firefox is opened it gives an error message (see image).

I have tried:

• Deleting and reinstalling.
• Deleting Firefox folder in //users/xxxxxxx/Library/Application Support & //Library/Caches then uninstalling Firefox.
• Both above using older Firefox versions.

This issue is happening on all of the Macs in our org. We have no custom configurations. The pkg is installed via FileWave device management. It occurs whether installed through FileWave or manually.

I frequently try to save pages as PDFs. When I print the page directly to a printer, no problem. When I save the PDF, it's usually munged and not a valid PDF file (very small or 0 bytes). Example URL: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/01/science/bacteria-microbes-electricity.html

Makes an empty PDF while when I do Print and then Save as PDF. I'm on Apple OS 10.13, using Firefox 67.0.4. This problem has been with us for a while (> 1 year I believe) and happens on all my machines.

I'd love to have Firefox release version and Firefox beta installed side-by-side on my Mac. Is it possible? If not, how do I make it so without encountering weird problems? If any from Firefox's dev team are reading this, please just make this possible. Chrome and Edge do it. Firefox should, too, IMO. Thank you.

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

I get an error message when attempting to load the PBS main page. It was working fine until yesterday and I can get on the site using bookmarks for different shows but cannot load the main page (even from within the site). BTW, using Safari the page loads as normal.

Below is the message I get.

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading www.pbs.org (see the browser console for more information).

Mac OS Ventura Can provide more info as needed

When I download an attachment from Gmail, I would like to just download it. However, Firefox now opens the attachment in a new tab before I can download it. Is this new? Is there a way to turn this off?

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. i just upgraded firefox for Mac OS to 115.23.0esr (64-bit) and now I cannot log in to my bank account from this desktop. Safari works on the iPhone but I NEED FIREFOX ON THE DESKTOP IMAC (Sierra 10.12.6) There seems to be NO INFORMATION ON YOUR "ASK A QUESTION" PAGE ABOUT THE UPDATE

My MacOS is 10.13.6 (cannot go higher on this machine). Since update to 15.119.0esr, embedded map graphics are no longer showing. The map graphic sub-window instead shows "Sorry, we have no imagery here" in several places across the map. I am getting the same for multiple websites, including the location maps in Zillow.com . Google Maps works fine, and I think the problem is isolated to maps embedded in pages. Did not have this issue last week, prior to updating to 15.119.0esr. This is SO BAD that if it's not fixable, I want to revert to 15.118...

Microsoft Excel is no longer listed i Applications as download option. All files downloaded automatically are stored as Microsoft Word files, not just excel files. I can change individual files manually to .xlsx which is a nuisance, but this also happens with Zip files (7Zip) and I am at a loss as to how to change them when they are downloaded as a Word document.

This does not happen on a newer MacBook Pro, but I need it to work with the older version. The older Mac is MacBook Pro 9.2 with MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 Firefox is version 103.0

Aliexpress.us will not load - Firefox cannot/will not redirect. Cleard cookies/catch, etc.- put exception for website in privacy. No change. Safari loads website just fine. Any ideas? OSX 15.2

All my other browsers work fine but since April 4, 2025 Firefox won’t work at all. Websites won’t load. I have tried to clear my cache & cookies, I have checked my connection settings, I have checked for malware, I have turned off all my extensions and I have completely restarted my computer several times now, nothing has worked. I also did trouble shoot mode & reinstalled Firefox (though I will admit I maybe didn’t do this step properly). I refreshed Firefox. Why is it not working? What happened? I don’t know what to do as I don’t want to lose all my bookmarks and passwords that I have yet to move over to my password manager. Please help.
