I have downloaded Thunderbird from official Mozilla homepage. It seems to be installed correct. I got the icon and a question : should we start Thunderbird now. I answer yes. Then I get the message : Thunderbird is not found ? but I have just loaded it ? I am running windows 11 and I have got newest upgrade.

Hope you can help me out. Thx in advance. Regards Thorvald Antvorskov

PS I also have a PC running Linux Mint. Loading Thunderbird here was no problem.

lost thunderbird

I have lost Thunderbird, tried to re install, but the messages seem to think I want a NEW emailaddress

Windows 11 Settings>Apps>Mozilla Thunderbird

I seem to have (2) Thunderbird Apps Installed (please see the Image attached). I assume the 1/10/2025 File is the most current and one to use? If so, I'm afraid to delete… (read more)

I seem to have (2) Thunderbird Apps Installed (please see the Image attached). I assume the 1/10/2025 File is the most current and one to use? If so, I'm afraid to delete one of them without some kind of confidence that I won't lose any Emails/Settings/Info.

Can someone please let me know if it is safe/OK to go ahead and delete the 12/18/2024 App?
