Turning off the "Automatically delete browsing history" feature often doesn't allow you to delete "Recently visited tabs." It seems that tab history generated from manually closed bookmarks can't be deleted through this feature either。Hope it can be fixed

I'm using a Pixel 10 Pro XL updated to the latest March software update and made sure Firefox mobile was up to date on the Play Store.

I accidentally hit something in Firefox that changed my language for directions to another language, so I cant see choices to delete my cache, history, etc.. Already made sure my language in settings is English. Thanks for your help.

I have picture in picture allowed in the settings and it's not working with any video website I've tried. Even the audio stopped until I found an extension that allowed it to continue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with android 16 and one ui 8.5.

Hello! I appreciate many niceties of the 148 update, but i'm having an issue resulting in many more tabs on Android mobile than I usually generate. When I search something and then want to sesrch the same query again using a different search engine (by selecting a different search engine from the tab bar menu) a new tab opens, leaving the query via the previous search engine open, and the current query of the current search engine in a new tab with focus. I'm aware that this behavior can be modified on desktop, but there is no such setting for android.

I would really love for this behavior to be reverted or optional, as it's made it so I need to clear out many tabs of duplicate queries (on different sesrch engines) and it makes me avoid using the built-in search engine switcher to prevent generating more tabs :( (which sucks because I have like 10+ custom searches and they're very useful!)

Heya, I'm having trouble getting my microphone to work in Firefox on android. I'm using a Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra (Android 16, One UI 8) and tried both the regular version of Firefox and Nightly, the latter being my regular one, 'cause the UI is just better on a tablet. The regular one was a fresh install, so the issue shouldn't be corrupt cache or anything like that. I've given the app the Microphone permission in the android settings, it also asks for microphone permissions when using any site that requests it, but when I check site-specific permissions via the lil shield icon, there's no microphone. It's like Firefox thinks I have no mic at all. Not the Logitech Pro X 2 Lightspeed bluetooth headset I'm using, nor the tab's own. When disconnecting the headset, it still won't find the tab's own mic. Any other app works just fine, though, and webcam also works. I tried a few matrix clients, discord web, some webrtc and mic test sites... Seems to be Firefox, not specific sites nor android in general.

Anyone got any clue what might be going on there?

I use Firefox browser on Treasury Direct website to calculate, update, and save the US paper bond values. It was working in October until converting to Windows 11. I am using Firefox version 147.0.1 It has not worked since then. Treasury Direct states that Firefox browser should be used to perform this function. Why isn't it working.

I'm trying to access a site, I cant use my Google account because I get an error 404 so I need Firefox to not be connected to my Google, I don't know how to change it.

The primary issue I keep running into is that when I consume media within the browser, say browsing reddit or watching movies, the cache seems to fill up quickly to around about 500mb, and the crap hits the fan. Webpages don't load, error messages show up, tabs stop responding and become unusable, videos become irretrievable or buffer continuously, it sucks. I have it set to clear my cache when I quit from the menu but that doesn't work. So every time the app starts having an aneurysm I go into settings, force quit, and clear the cache. Firefox is the only browser I use, but because of this I'm no longer committed to it, I will happily trade it for something better when it comes along. I expect nothing to change.

When you leave the app, the page often reloads. This does not occur in Chromium-based browsers (such as Chrome or Brave). And compared to Chromium-based browsers, it's slower and uses more memory, making it difficult to use.

I need to change some config settings to prevent some problems that corrupt the screen or crash Firefox on android almost every day. I found that using a Bluetooth reduces the frequency of these problems, but it still happens and is very frustrating.

Every time I pinch to zoom on a website the page always jumps I've tried all the different settings that people have recommended but nothing seems to solve this even went into the about config settings and tweaked a few things too but nothing has helped

I want it back on top not like it is in the screenshot, how do I get it back the way it was. why do you keep changing things not everybody wants to change and then you just change it for everyone without even giving the option to not change it it's ridiculous. If I can't move it back I'll be switching browsers.
