Running Thunderbird 140.6.0esr in Windows 11. This afternoon I found that one of my three accounts no longer shows up in the folder pane, though it still appears normally in the account settings tab. I can still send mail from it, but can't receive any. The other two accounts appear in the folder pane as usual and can send and receive normally.

Any help getting the account back into the folder pane would be appreciated. -- tralfaz

Over the last week I have been experiencing issues that prevent me from using Thunderbird on my computer. It had been working for a few weeks prior, with emails sending without issue. Without any apparent cause, and with the correct credentials set in my account settings, emails are no longer sending. They continue to be received with no issue, and I can move emails into folders etc.., which I immediately see reflected in Webmail. I get the attached error, every time I try to send an email, no matter which address I am trying to contact. I can log in to my account with the same credentials on different software on the same computer, and I have no issues with sending emails from that software, so I can't see how this would be an issue with my computer. I have tried removing the account, and adding it again. The credentials are accepted, but the issue persists. The email also works without any issues via Webmail. I have contacted the hosting company for support, but they have confirmed that this is an issue with Thunderbird. Please can somebody help?

Hey, I have a new laptop and want to login to my account. My account is an hotmail.com one. After giving the password Mozilla is suppose to send me an email with an authentification number. The email is not coming. Not in the spam section, anywhere. Tried multiple times, same issue. Add Mozilla to my contact list, nothing changes. Tried to change my Mozilla account email address, not possible as I need to pass through this process again. Is my only option to delete my account and creat a new one with another email address?

My address appears in From field when mail comes from someone else. Error message at the bottom says, "A unique identity matching the From Address was not found. The message will be sent using the current From field"

Using Drawings in Microsoft Word (web app) breaks after inserting more than 2-3 text boxes and shapes. The error typically displays as "This page is slowing down Firefox..." With my Pixel 9a, I installed TB Android mobile. The settings were imported into the phone from my desktop and I went through setup. However, when I tried to sign in I receive an error, Oauth sign in failed. Oauth is currently not supported with this provider. Retry does not work. I use Yahoo Mail on my desktop. My Server is: pop.mail.yahoo.com Security SSL/TLS Port 995 Oauth 2.0 my user name @yahoo.ca These are the settings on my desktop as well. None Next step is to sign in and then I get the error. I tried IMAP, same. Under Oauth 2 there a pull down menu with: Normal password, Encrypted password or Client certificate. I'm not sure what these options are. I tried IMAP and got the same error. I'm hoping that someone can advise me as to how I get past this Oauth 2.0 error and finish installing Thunderbird for Android. Thank you

Hi, I use Firefox as a primary browser on multiple PCs, so want it to remember a couple of addresses & payment methods for easy daily useage. However, I also access one business domain & when using that website only, I don't want Firefox to offer/remember/anything when it comes to addresses (which will be customer addresses) or payment details (again, for customers). Other autofill, like suggestions for some form fields would ideally still work.

Is there are way to make one domain exempt from address & payment saving/retrieval?

After deleting a large number of historical emails, including emptying the Deleted items folder, and emptying the Archive folder, Thunderbird restores a large number - but not all - previously deleted emails. Oddly the emails that are restored to the inbox are only ones from 2022. I have gone through and deleted them multiple times but they keep coming back. Any suggestions? Thanks, Simon.

I would like to change my main e mail from [email1] @manx.net to new one [email2] @gmail.com, also so some icons have changed to lilac and I cannot open those can you please help .captions attached
