When i download movies and web series download start but some time network problem stop download. Some browser like brave, samsung internet are started failed download automatically but firefox doesn't and when i tap on retry download start but always in zip file doesn't extract. my YouTube play/pause, as well as previous/next video buttons don't work. They're unresponsive to the point where them working is a freak accident. The autoplay, resolution and full-screen buttons are perfectly fine, but trying to tap the one's in the middle is near impossible. Other website players function fine( at least the few I tried), but the websites themselves ( including this one) aren't scaled properly to my resolution. It's zoomed in a little bit too much and leaves off-screen space to the side. Other websites have UI overlap. I've tried a fresh install, but it didn't change anything. Everything works fine on another browser though.

What can I do?

Hi there, I am running a window repair site. I have fully designed and optimized this site and my site is mobile friendly. But in firefox (android), my site is not friendly and there are navigation errors. However the site is running well in desktop. How to solve this error?

do you already know, that firefox v115 on IOS does not close the tabs when you close itself? I also uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have IOS 16.5.1 on Iphone 13 Pro Max with latest Firefox. Is there any solution?

I am trying to download some files and they are downloading and same can be seen in notifications but when trying to open download from that notification it's not opening, also opening download from side panel shows that there are no downloads, also i am not using incognito and I am signed in.

Everything is better in Firefox except the download manager. Most of the time when I try to download any file or video it fails. Please improve your download manager.

When I am finished with a tab and close it, and then close down Firefox app, when I click back into Firefox the tabs that I have closed are still there open. How can I stop this from happening without having to "quit" and clear cache etc all the time? Surely when you close a tab it should stay closed?

Hi. Why yesterday site action.com its opening properly. To day its [expletive] up. Opening for 1 Second and all is black? Its not posible opening this site in any option mobile or PC mode? Why its so problrmatic to send you this report? Why in option in android not existing customer support? How ppl can do this like you hiding this support site? as subject, firefox is useless on my new Android 10 tablet now as it displays blank page for most sites, am using the lastest android version.

HELP! My mobile data usage spiked as of June 20th and has continued at unprecedented levels almost every day since. My historic daily usage for the past many years has been around 4 MB and is now 95MB. and busting through my 2GB/month limit. This is ALL due to Firefox! What happened? Something strange happened on June 19th, when my mobile date usage recorded three separate usage figures instead of the single usage figure for all days previously. June 19th showed 2 usage figures and June 30th showed 3.

When the "Google Search Fixer" addon is installed and the "Pull to refresh" gesture is enabled, I am not able to freely scroll up on the search results page. After scrolling animation finishes, if I try to scroll up, the browser thinks that I want to refresh the page, therefore the input is sank.

I am running Firefox and Duckduckgo on a Samsung Tab A (8.0), model SM-T387V.

Just within the last few weeks there have been blank (white) bars covering part of the search results. This also sometimes appears on a web page.

If I use DuckDuckGo on Chrome it works fine.

What is the problem and how can I fix it? I can't find any support/help on the DuckDuckGo website.

Edit: When I use FireFox with a different search engine it does the same thing. If I use the Chrome browser with DuckDuckgo it works fine.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) SM-T380 Android version: 9 Firefox 115.0.1 Only Addon is ublock origin

I've had this problem for months now, but it was never as bad as it has become now on the latest Firefox 115.0.1 Android release. The issue would (seemingly) mainly occur on text heavy websites, like Wikipedia, but it never disrupted me enough to file a report until now. It's now happening on practically every website I can visit.

Basically, huge 'blocks' of websites will be 'blanked out', and the only way to potentially work around this is to pinch zoom until these 'blocks' get out of the way of the text/page elements they're obscuring. This isn't consistent however, so you can't reliably just pinch to zoom to a perfect level to have the page render all the way correctly, the 'blocks' will simply move to obscure other parts as you're zooming and trying to fix whichever specific portion of the screen you want to see properly.

So far I've tried disabling ublock origin for pages this was occurring on, clearing the program cache, restarting my phone, clearing all browser cache/history, toggling the different Accessibility options pertaining to page zoom, and none of these things have worked at all.

I've attached some screenshots of how this looks when zooming in. Other browsers (the Samsung browser, specifically) don't have this issue on this tablet, and I saw one google play store Firefox app review with my same device also mention having a similar sounding issue.

Anyone have any idea what the issue could be? If more screenshots from a different website are needed, or if I should have posted this elsewhere, please let me know.
