First, it crashes often. I've seen a few patterns - it will crash when when I copy the URL or try to long-press on a tab to preview it or open an existing tab after re-opening the browser . Second, pages re-load every time I exit the browser and open it again. This is very frustrating. Firefox Daylight 34.0 (4920) on iPad Air (4th gen) iPadOS 14.6 Cannot close tabs by touching x in the tab header. This applies only to tabs opened after startup. Tabs opened by browser at startup, e.g. to resume session, can be closed normally. This is new with the latest FF update. Thanks for any help.

I found the old way Firefox opened on the last page I was looking at very useful and I hate the way it opens in the new version. I usually keep several tabs open and dwelling on old topics I have researched. It now completely ignores that and forces me to open on a useless tab requiring me to search through several tabs before finding the one I was on. How can I defeat this useless new function and get my old browser functionality back?

Each time i close Firefox and reopen, it opens to a new home tab and not the last tab session i was in.

How do i fix to open my last tab session?

The Firefox app has been consistently crashing, something right upon opening the app and sometimes during searches/using it after a bit. This only started happening since updating to iOS15

Does anyone know if FireFox has stopped supporting www.AmericasVoice.news? I received this error message today: “Your browser FireFox 37.0 does not support our site.” I’ve never had this issue before. This same URL all of a sudden no longer works on Brave but does still work on Safari. Please help! I try never to use Safari.

I am not able to close open tabs on v37.0 on iPad from the menu bar. There is an “X” on the tab, but pressing it does nothing. I must open the tab menu and close each tab from “open tabs” menu and shown in the attachment.

I very frequent crashes after upgrading to iOS 15 - the app just crashes randomly when loading websites. Is that a known issue that is being looked into?

Last week I updated to iOS 15.0. For the first few days my Firefox app worked just fine, however over the last 24-36 hours or so it has been crashing with increasing frequency. Earlier today, after a crash, I clicked 'okay' to restore the tabs and nothing came back. They're all gone.

Short of sifting through my history and trying to identify the tabs that were open on my phone, is there any way I can restore them?

Current iOS, most recent update of Firefox for iOS/ iPhone. Constantly crashes, even on simple tasks like Google.com. Starting on a new tab instead of my opened tabs is an issue, and if I try to refresh, the button move makes it almost impossible to do one-handed. Still, the last two issues are minor when the app isn’t stable enough to use.

I even had to resort to Safari (which I detest) to ask for help / plead for an update to correct.

For some time, Firefox on iOS will randomly crash when I try to open a link from email or another site, or even when I go to open a new tab. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing has changed. I’ve now upgraded to iOS 15, and am also using a brand new iPhone 13, but the same issue still occurs. I love Firefox, otherwise, but this is a huge hassle.

I’m using Firefox Daylight 37.0 (5971) and after updating to iOS 15, Firefox crashes periodically when pressing the “open tabs” icon at the bottom of the screen. I always use Firefox in private browsing mode, if that is important. Also, now whenever I switch to Firefox from another app, it opens up a fresh tab automatically, forcing me to close it, when all I was trying to do was switch to the app.

After update to iOS 15 this week, my previously rock-solid FF app (on auto-updates) is now crashing repeatedly on switching to the app or opening the app. I keep 6-8 tabs open for quick access which are not full of video, music, or animations. IPhone 12 mini has plenty of storage.

Quick reference between other tasks is not quick when switching to or opening FF brings up the “this is embarrassing” message and then I have to wait for tabs to reload.

Have not updated iPad yet.

I do not use google for a search engine. I have strict selected for tracking on IOS. How can I stop tracking for google other than clearing data every time I am on-line. I am really wanting to know best solutions for privacy. If anyone has a suggestion other than what I am doing I would appreciate you in put. Thank you

I just installed 3 or 4 Firefox extensions for the first time on my iPhone, and now I’m experiencing problems. I want to refresh Firefox back to factory. However, the instructions I have found for how to do that all say to click on ‘help’ in the menu, and there is no ‘help’ in my menu.

1. Why is there no ‘help’? Is it not available for iOS? If it is available, how do I fix the fact that I don’t have it?

I realize that this may seem trivial, but, while I don’t mind the idea of a home button being accessible on the toolbar, surely it could have been placed in a less inconvenient place. Every time I go to refresh the page I end up on my home page instead. On my desktop, I purposely have the page forward, page back and page refresh separated from my home button. And my home button and bookmark button separated from everything else so as to not inadvertently click on those buttons when I meant to click something else or vice versa. So, while having a home button on the toolbar may seem like a nifty, handy idea, not so if it costs moving the page refresh button from it’s more common placement to an obscure part of the header bar where you are more likely to end up on that pinned tab page or in reader view when trying to refresh. Please put the page refresh back where it was.

For some strange reason today, when I attempt to login to Facebook, I get a message that says "Server Not Found". Your program doesn't know what Facebook is??????
